I went to a couple garages in the area (Pep Boys and Goodyear) to be quoted anywhere from $75-275 to replace an awkwardly-positioned headlight (requiring some minor disassembly under the hood). Stopped by on my way to get it fixed elsewhere and Hector and Eric offered to take a look with no commitment. They were able to replace everything within 15 minutes and sent me on my way with no charge. Big or small, I'm definitely taking my vehicle to them next time there's an issue. Thank you!!

Came in to fix a broken door handle and Hector at the front desk came outside to check everything out before giving over the keys. To my surprise the repair was done the same day for a fair price. Kind service and great follow up. Thanks Hector!

BEST AUTOMOTIVE SHOP in ORLANDO! Whenever I have a problem with one of my cars, there is only ONE Service Center I bring it to: UNIVERSAL SERVICE CENTER on Turkey Lake Rd next to Universal Resort Orlando. Reuben , the owner and his talented staff led by Marco, not only diagnose the problem quickly but they resolve the issue properly, in a timely fashion, and at a reasonable price. They only correct what needs to be corrected. They are the most honest mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. No matter the make and model , Domestic or Foreign , and whether it’s a classic car or an aging daily driver of a car, Universal Service Center will treat you and your vehicle right. I went in for a change of spark plugs, Hector and Eric were amazing from the start! I was offered to be driven to work, and thankfully I’m within 15 minutes. I get out at 17:30, and made it back by 18:00 at close. While the check engine light was still on at the time of pick-up, Hector offered to take another look the next day and not charge me extra. He is an amazing human who cares for the car and the owner. This is act of kindness you do not see at a Mavis.

In addition to the few times I've been here and had a good experience, I want to share my most recent vist: I had gotten an oil change at a Valvoline on the way home and began experiencing engine issues, causing me to break down in the middle of the road. Thankfully, I was able to make it to Universal Service Center and get help. I told Hector what was going on, and he immediately walked out with me to my car and helped me. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had Eric fix it immediately - free of charge. It was so kind of them. I never feel unsafe or taken advantage of here as a young woman. I really, really appreciate it. That was scary!

One of the rare garages That are not out to take advantage of you. They have always gone well above and Beyond for any problems I ever came to them with. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I doubt you will find a better garage in the entire Orlando area.

I moved across town about a year ago, and haven’t found another shop that offers such quick and efficient service as well as kind and honest customer care. I make the drive whenever I’m in need of service because it’s worth it!

Love this place! Josh is seriously the man, young guy who knows all his stuff. test drove my car and let me see all the problems on the lift and properly explained everything correctly to the T. gave me good advice and great with my manual. helped me find a good quote for my problems. he was a straight up honest and good guy. couldn’t be happier with my experience totally recommend especially josh!!!

I called Universal service center for an oil change and lower oil pan gasket replacement. Once there I was met by Hector the service manager. He’s a pleasant professional man which made the whole experience great. I had been looking for auto shop like this and I think I found it. Professional, knowledgeable, reasonable. Keep up the great work guys, you deserve 5 plus stars!!! I will be reaching out for auto service soon.

Stay away from Marco and Hector. They know they are well located just next to Universal Park, and they will try to take as much money as possible from you. They quoted me $976 to reinstall an a/c compresor and a serpentine belt because they have to extract a broken screw. They knew they were overcharging, and I was able to negotiate, and they lowered instantly to $800. I knew it was still too much, I took it somewhere, and I paid $180.

These guys have been my mechanics since 2020. They rebuilt the engine on my 2001 Nissan Xterra and I often see the same techs working on vehicles even older than that. I see a lot of luxury vehicles and many restored classics while I wait on repairs if time allows. A lot of regulars like me for a good reason. They cleaned my tires as a surprise :) Small place and things can get busy depending when you go. Lots of walk-ins. Be prepared to wait and/or make an appointment. If you're a tourist that need car repair minor/major stay away from this place, they dont even bother to check properly whats the problem, luckily i made it home, just dont bother to go to this place because they will just waste your time, look for other auto shop nearby or get on dealership, ive just run to a local resident here and he told me about some negative story about this shop,

I started to take my cars there over a year ago. Minor items. Service was good and fair priced. About 6 months ago or so I informed them I see an oil leak on my car. They told me I needed new valve covers and valve cover gaskets. I replaced them. Oil leak did not go away. I proceeded to take my car back about 8 times with the same leak. I guess they tried their best to fix it. On my final visit I said you should either reimburse the issue I paid for or send it to someone that can fix what I paid for. Well wouldn’t you know they then told me my rear head gasket was leaking and should replace both the front and rear. Recommended when doing one. This did not sit well with me. I took it somewhere else. It was neither. It was in my transmission. Got it fixed and no oil leak now. Sorry to say. I will not be bringing my cars back. Reuben and staff are very nice. I want to believe the tried to help, but based on the bad diagnosis which would cost me thousands of dollars I can’t bring my cars there any longer.

To anyone looking for a reputable auto mechanic that repeatedly has demonstrated honest, reliable, and economical repair services, give Universal Service Center a look. They can repair anything and do it right the first time. I’ve been taking my Audi’s to these guys for the past 6-years.
