First time going there. Definitely won't be the last. Prices were very fair for a whole set of like new tires. Very quick and efficient. The young lady running the register was very friendly and Michelle, who helped me was great. She was very knowledgeable about what she was doing a very nice to deal with. Just an all around great experience.

I purchased 4 new tires for a 2004 Camry. I called 3 other tire shops - one a larger well known shop. UTTC saved me $127.75!! The tires were installed in about 30 minutes.

This group does not allow anything to stand in their way of getting clients taken care of. There’s no excuses, simply professional care and concern. When the big groups couldn’t get me seen and take care of my seemingly important issue, they got it handled and resolved in an hour.

Everyone was nice and professional. I was there for a oil change. The technician went the extra mile and checked my tires. Made sure there were inflated properly.

I’ve been to Universal Tire twice now and both times the staff were prompt and very nice and friendly. Prices seemed fair and service was quick. Would definitely recommend.

Such a great experience with tires and brakes. I cant believe how FAST and AFFORDABLE this place was. I called 37 local car shops, and this was the ONLY place not trying to rip me off. Not to mention they finished the job within a couple of hours.
