I give him engine oil and engine filter, but shop charge me for change oil and oil filter but ,shop, not change engine oil I drive for hundred miles without engine oil, please. I said this is my humble request. Please you no go this shop. This is too much bad shop.

Paid for alignment AND 2 REAR TIRES WORE OUT UNEVENLY AFTER AFTER 5000 MILE OIL CHANGE... COST ME $1000 TO REPLACE MY NEW TIRES!!!!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR CHEAP JOB CHEAP SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

Went in to replace stud that was overtightened on my 01 Honda Civic. The guy butchered the new stud that I purchased as well as cut around it as well as the stud. He put the wheel back on, then I asked if he could take the wheel back off so I could see the stud he replaced. He could not get the wheel off. Not only did he cross thread the new stud but he went ahead and grinded the metal gaurd plate and back of stud to get it in. He then proceeded to tell me to pay him anyway for his time after damaging my car. I told him I would call the police if he didn't give me my car back. If anything he should be paying for damages he did. He has no business working on cars. Now I have to replace the entire hub and wheel bearing. DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOR CAR FOR EVEN A MINUTE!!!! This guy is a hacker/ thief. 0 stars for this company. My car barely made it home the wheel was making all kinds of noise, I will never return here and I warn anyone that go's to avoid at all cost!

I came in because one of my tires kept going low. He told me it couldn’t be patched and sold me on some tires. The tires were decently priced - however I was having the same problem. I came back and complained. This time he actually took the time to look at my tires. Then he told me my rim was bent and needed new rims. He then wanted to sell me on some performance looking rims when I drive a basic old faithful Toyota. I could’ve saved money by just buying rims to begin with… somewhere else. Gave them 3 stars only because of the price of the tires. Time will tell.

I was in a bind at 545pm with a flat and NO jack! They closed at 6pm and they, without question, helped me and gave me a great price! I will ONLY go here for ALL my tire needs from now on! Highly recommend

My car was not stopping right and I seen a car place universal and I stopped in because most places are closed early on Saturday and I want to drive safe to work. I then arrive there and a guy named Ali came to me listen to me and he fix my tires and now I am stopping OK but still need to get my steering wheel looking at so thank you for helping me to drive safe and the universal tires is the right place. Prices great 👍

Terrible business that scams you. Bought 4 used tires 1 flat the next day they say not under warranty and they won't fix it and to take them to court. Did my alignment and my truck was violently shaking the next day. They will do anything to get ur money then say everything they did was good. I'll never return to this horrible business and I recommend that you don't either. $300 wasted. The 2 guys pictured are scam artists. The kid in my truck is working in sandals I'm pretty sure osha requires steel toe boots in an auto shop last time I checked.

I bought a set of tire, with three free rotation, every time it looks like he does not want to do it , today I came in and he asked we don’t do it for free I had to show him his papers again to make him do the rotation.

My tire pressure light came on and I wasn't sure what the issue was. They got me in and out in 5 minutes and it was only $5 to fill my tires back up (the heat sapped them).

Sold me a tire that had un repairable damage to it. I came to Sacramento thinking I’d get better service than in Marysville, I was very mistaken. He had placed the tire rip towards the inside, so I wouldn’t be able to see the damaged tire. Less than an hour later my cars sensor for low tire pressure came on. And I had to go to another tire shop 10 minutes before they closed, asking if they could give me better tires since I had to drive an hour back. Horrible and deceiving business, I will never come back here again and I do not recommend to anyone.
