My 2016 ford fiesta was having problems, purge valve. Brian was a big help, I originally thought I was gonna have to spend $200 to $300 for this but he only quoted me $100. If your from this area and need a car issue solved go to University Auto.

This place was such a scam! I’d had my car “fixed” multiple times by this place and each time it was worse! I was told on each occasion that it was fixed and that I wouldn’t need to have anything else done but each time it was never working right. I would leave message after message to check on the progress when it was in the shop and each time the date to pick it up kept getting pushed back, and while I know they have other cars to work on, when I’m told a date to pick it up that’s what I go by and not “oh it’ll be another week”. They had had my car for an entire year and still hadn’t fixed what had been initially wrong with it. And the last time I’d had it fixed by them it had broken down on me within a month. The auto shop that I had taken it too upon it breaking down said that it looked to be that the wires were destroyed by rodents and that whoever had worked on my car before must have either missed or overlooked it altogether. I understand that it’s a locally run shop and that things get busy, but there’s absolutely no excuse for the way that they’ve handled their business.

Took my car here and waited three weeks to get it fixed got it “fixed” and still having the same issue I was having before anything was done. In sense wasted 530 dollars for me to just have to take it some where else and spend more money. Definitely disappointed because this shop came highly recommended from a friend.

Brian is an angel sent from the heavens above. I live in Chicago & was stranded in Arkansas. My car was in bad shape & I wasn’t going to make it back home. Brian got my car the same day I contacted him & fixed everything within 3hrs & I was on the road back home. Made it home safely & my car was like brand new. Thank you so much Brian😘😘😘I love you😘😘😘

Brian is the man! I took my car in for a somewhat emergency issue. He took care of it in a timely manner, was super professional, and has competitive costs. He's also extremely patient and understanding. I can't imagine anyone else as good as him in town.

The mechanic that worked with me may have been the owner, I spoke with him over the phone where he was polite and super helpful. After arrival which he saw me same day, he managed to resolve my issue within twenty minutes. During this time he was very nice. I would highly recommend this business and will use it when my car needs work in the future.

Could not be more pleased with my experience here. I have been taken advantage of by mechanics in the past as I have pretty much no knowledge on the subject but Brian was honest, kind, and explained everything to me in simple terms even I could understand. My car was finished so quickly and they called me with lots of updates, I was never left in the dark. I would recommend anyone to university auto!!!
