I don't usually write great reviews for products, companies, or anything else, really. But I want to make an exception for the great service I received at University Auto. I recently had my 2006 G35 sports coupe in the shop for some serious routine maintenance and a general checkup. It's a little over 18yrs old now and was a little overdue for some serious TLC. The guys at University Auto provided just what the car, and I, needed with their professionalism, knowledge, experience and exceptional attention to detail. University Auto is not your usual Mom & Pop repair shop with a couple part time mechanics. They are a well run impressively large and extensive operation with well trained and knowledgeable employees like Irvin, Mark, Charlie and all the others who are ready and eager to take good care of you and your car or truck. They even have a shuttle service for those of us who need it. Amazing! I highly recommend them!

I've had my vehicle serviced twice here so far (oil changes both times), with plans to return for further services. They are very professional, informative, and honest. Their shuttle service has been a tremendous help. Very satisfied.

This place gets you with coupons for reasonable service then they find things "wrong" with your vehicle. Before you know it you're paying $1000s for work you probably don't need.

Took my car there for service was helped by an advisor named Nick who was very friendly and communicated with me to make sure my issue was resolved. The turn around time was also really fast. They also offer shuttle services and overall a great shop I’d recommend to anyone!

My overall experience last week was perfect! Grady Dillon has been my service advisor for about a decade now. My cars and I follow him wherever he goes (yes, he’s that great! 😆). He always provides the best advice and ensures you’re taken care of. While no one enjoys hearing the “bad news” about their vehicle, Grady has a unique way of making the information digestible in his delivery. As car repairs can be pricey - I appreciate his integrity re: some things needing immediate attention while other things are necessary, but could wait. I’m grateful to have someone in the car service industry that I can trust with recommendations especially have little to no car knowledge. Lastly, the quick shuttle service provided by University Automobile was also an added bonus to the overall experience. Thanks again!!

We brought our vehicle into University Automotive for an oil change given its ratings and coupons in the mail. A few months later, our engine started making horrible noises and felt like it was underpowered and "dying," for lack of a better word. We then discovered that the oil level was extremely low to the point that the dipstick was scorched. University Automotive failed to fill our oil tank all the way. We were lucky to catch it in time. The engine could have literally blown up as we were driving the car, not to mention the damage it has likely caused. Maybe our experience was unusual, but we literally could have died from their negligence. Totally unacceptable. We will be filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities.

Excellent customer service! Brought both my sons and my car to University and they did everything to get things right! University is my go to place and they treat you with respect and will pick you up and drop you off from home. Definitely can recommend!
