My overall experience last week was perfect! Grady Dillon has been my service advisor for about a decade now. My cars and I follow him wherever he goes (yes, he’s that great! 😆). He always provides the best advice and ensures you’re taken care of. While no one enjoys hearing the “bad news” about their vehicle, Grady has a unique way of making the information digestible in his delivery. As car repairs can be pricey - I appreciate his integrity re: some things needing immediate attention while other things are necessary, but could wait. I’m grateful to have someone in the car service industry that I can trust with recommendations especially have little to no car knowledge. Lastly, the quick shuttle service provided by University Automobile was also an added bonus to the overall experience. Thanks again!!

This place gets you with coupons for reasonable service then they find things "wrong" with your vehicle. Before you know it you're paying $1000s for work you probably don't need.

We brought our vehicle into University Automotive for an oil change given its ratings and coupons in the mail. A few months later, our engine started making horrible noises and felt like it was underpowered and "dying," for lack of a better word. We then discovered that the oil level was extremely low to the point that the dipstick was scorched. University Automotive failed to fill our oil tank all the way. We were lucky to catch it in time. The engine could have literally blown up as we were driving the car, not to mention the damage it has likely caused. Maybe our experience was unusual, but we literally could have died from their negligence. Totally unacceptable. We will be filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities.

Took my car there for service was helped by an advisor named Nick who was very friendly and communicated with me to make sure my issue was resolved. The turn around time was also really fast. They also offer shuttle services and overall a great shop I’d recommend to anyone!

Excellent customer service! Brought both my sons and my car to University and they did everything to get things right! University is my go to place and they treat you with respect and will pick you up and drop you off from home. Definitely can recommend!

Honestly, this place is pricey, and the way they explain things does add up correctly, but I just can't really justify the price just yet. If you can afford their price, I'd say go for it because you only have to pay after when they done the work.

Really good service here. They are just extremely expensive. I get my oil changed here and that's it. They do a good job and are extremely polite. They also offer to drive you to work if needed. If you're rich, you can trust your car will get repaired the right way. Otherwise I recommend just getting an oil change. Update: Originally I gave them 4 stars but after my review they sent me an email saying that my review negatively impacted them and their employees so they will no longer offer me services. I went down to 2 for lack of personalism. A business should be able to accept criticism as I gave them an honest review based on my experience and they couldn't take it. What hurts them is their pricing not a customers honest review and the fact that they can't take any constructive criticism. I would steer clear of this place and go to the many other professional shops in the area. If you do plan to come here, don't give them any negative feedback.
