$15 for the deluxe exterior only. $85 for meticulous, full-service interior and exterior detailing is hard to beat. While you wait there's small bites, gourmet coffees, chocolates, and a small gift shop to browse.

Been giving them the benefit of the doubt for 6 years. After 2 price increases, this level of missed detail in a vacuum is pretty unacceptable. I understand the deluxe is effectively the basic plus a tire clean (managers words - not mine) (over double the price of the basic if that’s true btw, which is a rip off) but come on. I understand I could pay more to have this cleaned and detailed, but it’s obviously a mess that could’ve been vacuumed and I would love a manager to respond to me on here and try to justify $60 more to get a better quality clean. Editing again: service hasn’t changed. 1.5 hours for an oil change with a $20 price increase from the last time. They also claimed they were calling and texting me but I never received any notification and the number provided was right - so they lied to cover their asses. I was also sitting out in the open to where they could’ve come get me so quite literally sounds like worker laziness to me.

My car was left dirty in the console and the doors. Other than that it is a really nice place. Free water. Is offered and has clean bathrooms.

First time coming here and I honestly expected my car to be cleaned more thoroughly. I got the DELUXE car wash and there was nothing deluxe about it for $25 dollars. Felt like I should have just gotten the $18 dollar option instead. It wasn’t well vacummed nor was the interior properly wiped down. The outside still had bug and dirt residue. I should of just gone to my usual place.

I just purchased this used car and since it was dirty I wanted it to look really clean so I paid $85 for their most detailed package plus another $85 for the interior. At first glance everything seemed fine but once I checked well I realized there were a lot of still dirty spots, the worst was the emergency brake and shifter that had still some kind of brown liquid. I honestly don't think the service I got is worth $170. Plus they told me to wait for about 3 hours for the car to be ready. After 4 hours I called them to ask if it was ready and they just told me "we will call you when it is ready" without any type of update. So I just waited and waited for about 6 hours, finally I just called them again and they said "sorry we forgot to call you". I w

This place is an absolute joke! Don't waste your money here, because I guarantee you, any other place or yourselves could do 💯 better job! Don't fall for their fake 4.1 stars review, pay attention to all the bad reviews they got. You've been warned. If you want to waste your money for a 2 minute of "full service" joke of a job, then head over there.

I literally just went by here. I pulled up to get an oil change and wash. I ask if if I can get an oil change, the guy looks at another guy, who is clearly in his uniform from the oil change department, and he doesn't look up. Keeps staring at his phone. The other guy just says no, and I pull out. If you're going to run your business with only half of it open, why bother? Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. They run this place as if they decide when it's open, during their open hours.

I have been a loyal customer of University Car Wash for many years now, and I can confidently say that I have never had a bad experience here. The pricing is great, the team is friendly, and the quality of service is top-notch. One thing to keep in mind is that there might be a bit of a wait, especially during peak times, so I usually come prepared to wait around 15-20 minutes. However, with a bit of planning, I have discovered the perfect times to beat the rush and get in and out quickly. Overall, I highly recommend University Car Wash for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient car wash service. It's a solid 10/10 in my book!

Went in for a wash/vacuum on a Sunday and it’s been over an hour and they’re still not done. It’s very stuffy/ hot in the waiting area. You can tell they strive for a nice place to take your car and relax but it needs to be a little faster. Wasn’t expecting it to take so long and be uncomfortable while waiting.

I drove to University Carwash from Southlake because I used to work here and remember they used to do really excellent work. I purchased the Basic Full Serv Wash and ended up with dirt still on my floors and grease and dirt on the outside of my truck. So I called and spoke to the cashier and she said the manager isint sure if he’d be able to do anything about it because I won’t be able to return for a week. I asked to speak to the manager and never was able to.

I had a unpleasant experience this time through. After paying to have my console & doors cleaned I returned to my truck to fin dust on all door panels and switches and the center console still dirty. When i asked to have the problem corrected, i got a rude response and was then ignored. The customer service is terrible and i did not get my moneys worth out of this wash!

I have came to this place a few times and each time they never open the trunk. I thought maybe I had a person that was new and didn’t know but this happens each time. I watched closer this time and the people vacuuming never touched the trunk and had it into the wash bay in less than 2 minutes. I understand why it was so fast now. The people drying it never opened the trunk either and then didn’t say anything when I walked up and thanked and tipped them. I would not recommend coming to this place if you want your car clean. It has been the bare minimum each time. I will not be going back here again

Took over 40 minutes on a Friday to get my truck back. They damaged the radio antenna I got on the truck, I say that because it was not the original I owned. I called twice to speak to a manager, left messages with the person who answered, and they ghosted me both times. This place sucks!!!

Unfortunate poor customer service today. I drove my car back to the car wash to speak with a team lead or manager after returning home to find my third row with a floor piece popped off and trash still in cup holders and no vacuuming. I did not have high expectations as I did ask for the deluxe and was charged for a basic. The only reason this issue was discovered is because I was wiping the interior down myself after arriving home. I asked to speak with a manager or team lead. I spoke with a young lady named Steph who didn’t identify if she was in fact a manager but was quiet spoken, kind and she involved the oil lube tech as I assume this might have been his responsibility per the conversation. The Oil lube Tech gentlemen with a low pony tail, black sweatshirt and red ear phone piece in right ear returned my keys- came across annoyed as he “just popped the piece back in and removed the trash!” No apology, no real concern and honestly came across as he didn’t have time to be bothered with my issue.

They always do a fantastic job of cleaning your vehicle. It’s generally pretty quick and the service they do is beyond pretty much any other car wash in the area. For $35 it’s a little pricey, but they also clean the inside of your car and your tires where a lot of other places don’t do that. 5/5 would recommend.

This was my first time trying this place and I was pretty excited to try it but I paid extra for my car to be vacuum because of the dog hair and they did not do a good job. They did not remove the mats and vacuum. When I received my car it was still dog on the floor and under the mats.
