Amazing service! They were quick, respectful and professional! I had a slow leak in my tire and they plugged it and showed me the area that was plugged. Great friendly staff! I highly recommended coming here for all of your tire and brakes issues

I stopped here quite literally out of desperation of needed my car inspected before EOD earlier this week. I had called several other shops who would not have availability for days but after explaining what I needed the team was immediately accommodating and had me out in record time making sure everything with my car is back in good standing. I am really thankful for how University City Tires worked with me. Truly a highlight to my week and I will continue to recommend this shop when I can.

I definitely recommend this place I do all my work here. I just recently got my tires mounted and balanced. I bring all my cars here. The guys here are nice and friendly and the best part for me is how quick they are, they waste no time to get the work done that’s needed. 10 out of 10

My son has a 2013 Nissan Altima. We have been to this location on 3 different occasions and each time they didn not have “his size” of tire. So I would suggest you change the name to “ we sell tires except the size needed for a 2013 Nissan Altima”. It is extremely frustrating.

Once you get here, you realize you're in the right spot: 1. Service - It's like your best friend is taking care of you, if your friend had an encyclopedic knowledge of tires and a passion for customer service. 2. Prices - The best. Don't just believe me; feel free to play tire detective, check out all the shops, then you'll see I'm right. 3. Quality- Just look at the photo I posted. That used tire they found for me? Almost as good as new, with 96% of its life left - it's practically still got its tire baby teeth. 4. Service - You walk in, state your needs, drop the keys, and by the time you come back, your tire(s) have been installed, balanced, and given a shine that could make mirrors jealous (see the photo for proof). 5. Time - These folks must have a pit crew background. They manage to do everything so well and so quickly, you'd think they've got some sort of time-warping device. Each of these points is why I'm giving this place all the stars. Honestly, it's the best tire business I've been to (and I've seen them all, from the swankiest to the most down-to-earth).

These guys are the best. They get you in and out with no fuss. They don't overcharge like some other auto mechanics elsewhere. I highly recommend this auto shop. They'll treat you right.

I am so sad I have to give this place a two-star rate. I changed my oil on June-12-2024. On June-17, I found oil leaking under my car. When I open to hood, I found the oil filler cap was missing and the oil just spilled around the hood. So when I went there and talked about the issue with them. The boss said it's because the cap get burst out on the road, and it was not their problem. I doubt that, so I brought my car to a dealership to clean up and examination. The mechanic there say it's rarely possible that the cap burst itself but the negligence of the people in this oil change company.

This place is legit! Got some solid tires here for a fraction of what I was expecting to pay. The guys working there were cool too, didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Definitely coming back next time I need tires!

Actually insane how fast and easy this was. College student who needs to get in and out before classes? I showed up midday on a Tuesday and was back out 15 mins later. The best!

As a woman, this is the only machine I am comfortable at. All of the men are very respectful, efficient, and are just simply hard workers. I have payed for basic services like tires to more expensive ones like brakes. I have never walked away feeling like I was ripped off. I’m happy I’ve finally found out the name of it so I can leave this review. My family has been going to this shop for over 10+ years and it is passed down to each generation as the mechanic to go to when something is wrong with any car.

I had to do a car inspection and I was super pressed for time. There were a few people ahead of me. I went by around 10am after getting out the DMV. I was in and out in about 30 mins. The fee was super affordable and they do cash/debit. They also got these 2 amazing birds. Reminded me of being home , overseas 🥹. TRUST WORTHY people here 1000%. Really solid service. 1000/10

My son goes to UNC Charlotte. We had to replace a tire semi. The owner and team took us in immediately and finished the job in 20 minutes. Prices are great, too! I highly recommend them!

Awesome place! Went there for an inspection and they were very fast. I even accidentally left my airpods there by accident. In the parking lot! I was 100% convinced I'd never see them again but not only did they find them, they kept them safe for me and were able to return them. I really appreciate it!!!
