I recently took my car to Uno Auto Repair Service for what I considered a minor oil leak, as it turns out it was actually an oil pressure sensor. The mechanics wisely advised me to replace it right away even though they had to get the part from a local supplier. I was incredibly impressed with their service as they were almost closing the shop when I brought my car in for a checkup. Vito and his mechanics explained the issue clearly and provided a detailed estimate upfront. I could have run out of oil and damaged my engine if it wasn't done immediately. The work was completed on time and to a high standard, and they even took the time to walk me through the repairs once the car was ready. The next day, we scheduled an appointment to do the brakes of my vehicle with coated rotors and quality brake pads and a front-end allignment. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and will definitely be returning for future maintenance.

Very trustworthy people and excellent service with a price that is reasonable in this economy. I recommend them to my family & friends. They really know their stuff, especially when it comes to Toyota. I have had various repairs from brakes to oil changes, and even random repairs when I could figure out what was wrong with my trunk gate Vito was able to trouble shoot the problem until it was fixed. Customer service is genuine that one doesn't see very often. I’m glad they are in the neighborhood!

Vito and his team at UNO AUTO SERVICE never disappoint. The customer service is outstanding and their auto mechanics are top notch. As a female, I hate going to auto shops and being taken advantage of because of my inability to understand the first thing about car repairs. Vito takes the time to explain everything in detail and makes recommendations based on what is absolutely necessary. I’ve never felt like I was being taken advantage of and I can depend on them to fix whatever problems I’m having with my car. I will never take my car anywhere else.

Had front brakes replaced and oil change. New brakes are great and adjusted perfectly, synthetic oil change was fairly priced. I’m very satisfied with the work Uno Auto has done on my car.

From a person to person standpoint, I needed this place today. I needed caring individuals who knew what they were doing. That is exactly what I got when I arrived here. I have never felt so compelled to leave a great review. Carmelo and his employees were helpful, smart, and great at customer service. Absolutely outstanding customer service. You can tell these guys have been doing this stuff for a long time and doing it at an extremely high level. Not only did they give me an efficient and fairly priced oil change, but they also fixed a problem that a dealership may have caused years ago. I should have asked what he did, but I decided that I will go there anytime my car ever has an issue ever again. I am confident that these guys can take care of it. On top of all this, Carmelo got my first name and phone number to give me a quote on some issues I think I have coming up. I brought it all up to him. He did not try to sell me on anything. If I wanted to, I could have sat right there and watched every second of what they were doing while my car was up on the lift. I appreciated the transparency and every single second of my interactions with everybody at the shop. Honesty, care, and intelligence are the three things I took from this establishment. I went in for a basic rotor and brake change and I’ll be honest. Thought I’d be in there for a while, but after a conversation with Vito, a few laughs and “AHA” moments, my car was done.
