The staff are extremely friendly, true locals to Charlotte, prices are great, and don't waste your time in and out within 10 minutes. The best part? They don't upcharge you or try to sell you on stuff you don't need. If you truly need an air filter or something of the sort they are kind enough to show you why. Highly recommended!

Above and beyond service! Got my oil changed here 3 weeks ago and it was fine: quick service, professional, and reasonably priced. I then had an issue where the vehicle wouldn't start, and the owner came over to my house (5 minutes away) to help me diagnose the issue and assure both of us that it was unrelated to the work they'd done. I'm blown away by this great customer service.

Been coming here for years for oil changes and state inspections. The person who runs the place, his family and staff are all very friendly. Service is quick, with rarely any wait time longer than 10 mins. The reason for 4 stars is the price increase. Oil change used to be $29 and now it $40. Also I purchased brakes here once and was told they came with a lifetime warranty, and when I had to have them replaced, was told that they no longer were honoring it due to something or other. Aside from that...I recommend

Besides my main mechanic this is the only place I trust to do oil changes on my car. Fast quality work top off of fluids no up sale on unneeded things love these guys been coming here for 6 years. Still to me the best place I'm town will have my business until proven wrong
