It saddens me when I have to write a bad review. I called ahead to make sure they have my tire size. The lady on the phone immediately answered Yes they do and that they would install and balance everything for $45 per tire. When I arrived 10 minutes later they did not have the tire size and they told me they sold them all. Meanwhile there was no customers there. I prefer to give my business to honest people.

If I could give lower I would. Dude was rude as hell not sure if it was because it was 5am or if he's just naturally an ass. But at least they aired my tires up for free. Will never return though.

Just left the steak house and this place is bumping cumbia at 1:45am. Apparently they are doing “tire stuff” 24 hours a day. Tell you what, I’d love to get my rubber pumped full to the correct PSI… please papi.

Worst tire shop ever I brought my brand new wheels to change my tires first they said my total was $120 then when I was about to pay they charged me $138 then I checked my wheels are full of scratches I'm very disappointed because I trusted them to take care of my brand new wheels and this is what happened. and this is not the first time that happened to me, this is the second time. both wheels are full of damage.

If I could give no stars that’s exactly what it would be I spoke to your employee Miss America she told me there was no way to get in contact with his private owner that he is on vacation and he will be back in maybe a week miss America say you are always gone I wish you were retrain your employees he was very disrespectful waved his head off at me and only thing I was doing was axing for air for my tire I come to this location all the time I meet new people and I tell them about this location so for me to receive the disrespect it really felt like racially motivated I know that deep down in my heart that man is a racist

Terrible no one speaks english. I stood there for 15 mins no one asked if needed help. Then 1 gentleman comes back and says tiene nuevo. I looked it up and it means they only have new. And its 180 and that doesnt include mounting and balancing.. then another gentleman comes out from the back and in spanish says i only have used. This place is a scam. ZERO STARS HORRIBLE

We received superior service from "Angel." We experienced an emergency tire blowout and he helped us with two bad tires. Thank you. We highly recommend this place. They were very friendly and affordable.👍🤗⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Was charged 130 labor for four brakes and two rotors. Got to the shop with one rotor and four brakes was charged 90 at that point. I told them to go ahead. Then the girl comes up to me and says we can't do the back brakes because of electrical I said don't worry about it just do the front and the one rotor. They did the work and then try to give me a ticket of the same $90. Why am I paying 90 if you didn't do the four brakes in one rotor you only did two breaks in one rotor so they took off the new parts and put the old parts back on. Communication should have been to tell me that when you said you couldn't do back brakes. That you would still be charging me the same price even for not doing them. I would NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. TRYING TO GET OVER ON SOMEBODY IM NOT A GOOFY BUT SHE LOOKS LIKE ONE. EVERYBODY WORKING A JOB N STILL TRYNA BE A HATER SMH

$50 for a used tire is a little steep…. Friend needed two tires, wouldn’t budge on price. Guy was alone and shop was empty but wouldn’t even give a deal ($10.off) for getting two tire…. So my friend paid $100 cash for two tires.

A highway patrol forced us to drive on our flat in the shoulder until we got off the highway after we had already ordered our Allstate tow truck. Claimed it wouldn’t damage anything. So we went from needing a plug to needing to replace the tire. Anyway after trying 4 after hour open stores for a good used tire this company had the best price, let us choose a different manufacturer than they had originally pulled, and were fair with the price, skilled, fast, and able to communicate. Adam did great!

Ahora fui con un amigo alas 12:30 de la noche a buscar una llanta y un señor con mal genio la verdad bien pésimo nos atendió la verdad la atención muy mala la verdad nos tocó irnos y buscar otra llantera deberían buscar personas con bue servicio y buena atención mal de ese señor parece wero pero es latino muy mal servicio la verdad .

This place was very unprofessional. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t waste your time and hard earned $. Take your vehicle elsewhere. I took my new set of wheels and tires to be installed, they said no problem. They removed my steel valve stems from stock wheels, and installed them all on the new wheels. They mounted new tires on new wheels, then “finally realized” the wheels weren’t going to fit. Not only was I left without sensors on my stock wheels, but they then charged me an additional $40 for new valve stems to put back on my stock wheels (without sensors ). If I refused to pay that, they said they would charge me double for the labor to reinstall my sensors and valve stems back on the stock wheels. In other words, all the responsibility for THEIR MISTAKES are charged to the customers.

Service is great. I called and they said they could take care of my problem. I went down there only had to wait a short while not even 20 minutes and my car was in the shop. Mechanic was very thorough showed me the issue and took care of it right away fixed it and now have no problems.
