They repaired my tire on walk in and no appointment needed while other shops want me to come back another day and expect me to keep driving with a flat tire.🤦🏻‍♂️

Went in for an alignment they charged me 150.00. It the end of service they hand me a receipt. I ask where the alignment report is. They said we don’t offer that. I said you do alignment work but don’t provide the print out? They said no. I said that is expected. I won’t be coming back. No proof the allotment was ever completed or if it was done correctly

This is a great team of people. The service is 1st class, the mechanics know their stuff. No hack jobs here! Junior was straight forward and honest about what I needed and more than fair on cost! I’ll be back for sure!

Very rude and unprofessional.. I asked about my breaks and coolant and they said it would be $450 for a coolant change?… but other places charge $120.. I was asking questions about my car and the guy that was helping had a huge attitude and mid conversation, he took his phone out and started scrolling as if I was bothering him… if you don’t like your job, change it bud.. he made me uncomfortable and I don’t appreciate him trying to rip me off.. not cool

DONT GO HERE! Paid for a tire to get fixed. Was not fixed. Went back and was harassed, nearly assaulted by Yolanda. Spoke with the owner Jose he said “I don’t know what you want” after I wasted my time and money. They are a SCAM!

My experience with Us tire center &Auto repair has been excellent, I’ve a customer for over 2 years now, they care so much about their customers very friendly people and their prices are great ! They will go above and beyond for you! I needed an engine repair they did an excellent job on it and the price they did it for me was the best !! because I went to 4 other shops before I came to US TIRE Center , my car has been running great no more burning oil my car has over 230444 miles on it still running like new 😀I’m well pleased with US TIRE CENTER & AUTO REPAIR. I Josue highly recommends this Auto shop repair on 5520 N. Decatur Ste 110. Las Vegas NV. Come visit them meet (Yolanda) Junior the nicest person.
