es la primera vez que escrivo algo aqui y lo hago porque me gustan los talleres donde le dicen a uno la verdad y lo dejan ver lo que le hacen al carro ay una energia vuena en este taller y por eso lo recomiendo, los precios son buenos pa mi gente y me entregaron el carro en el tiempo que me dijeron. este sera mi taller!!!

This place is AMAZING!!! Real talk…I’m not the leave a review kind of guy but I had to for these folks. Fixed my tire (with a nail in it) in like 10-12 mins…. I had break put on recently at a place in a different state…but the squeak really loud due to being dirty…they fixed that issue at no cost…other places were quoting $75 - $150 these folks said DON’T WORRY ABOUT and did it for free!!! They are nice, professional and proficient!!! Would most definitely come here again if necessary!!

After having very bad experience with Firestone Direct on leaking tire (said it could not be patched and all 4 tires needed to be replaced), I was referred to US Tires and Auto, who promptly patched the tire, and was incredibly responsive to my timing issues that day. Fantastic customer service, and would highly recommend

I was in and out of this place in 10 minutes with a brand new tire for my BMW for 70$ and a mount for 20$. You cannot beat this places prices or the service. My Experience with US Tires & Auto have been Amazing. I Am Truly Happy and 100% Satisfied with their service for My Nissan Rouge 2015. Charlotte is my place of work and I definitely depend on the Best to keep me going with my car repairs. My Technician was Angel, who is Friendly, Helpful, Honest and Respectful. Prices are Reasonable and the Work is done in a Timely Manner. Definitely Recommend.

Set an prior appointment just for the mechanics not to be there on time, then they tell me they booked @ the other location after taking my car over there around 11 when my appointment was set for 10. Highly dissatisfied!

The staff answers any question and it was 100 dollars less than in other places. I got an oil change and brakes changed in less than 2 hours. This is my second visit since I moved from California and U.S tires and auto will remain my mechanic for my vehicles when any problems arise.
