No one wants to have a car accident, but USA Auto was fabulous in helping deal with our insurance company and handling the stress of our recent accident. Very thankful for their kind and prompt service. Our car looks and drives great, again!

This was my first time dealing with this company. I’m a car collector and often restore cars. While I’m sure the excuse will be covid, it took 3 months to get my car back when it was supposed to be done in a month. I first met with the young man working at the counter. He was very kind and professional. Answered all my questions. I explained I wanted an old car I picked up 2007 bmw repainted completely and I didn’t want a cheap paint job, or for the car to look like orange peel. He assured me that wouldn’t happen. The car would be disassembled professionally painted, reassembled, finished and returned to me. All of it. The entire car. I agreed, dropped the car off and waited. 3 weeks past and I heard nothing and wanted to see the progress. That’s when I met the owner, and one of his body work guys. They had disassembled my car, and it was in a pile with parts scattered everywhere. They told me they had another car for a car rental company they had to rush out. Assured me the car would be beautiful and perfect when finished, no orange peel, the body guy even took out his phone to show me one they completed. Then the owner pulled me to the side and said they usually get half down to start a job like mine. I said ok, and pulled out my debit card. He then said we don’t take cards or checks, we only take cash. So I went to bank and got him 2,500.00 in cash, and took it back to him. I come back in 3 more weeks and the cars not been touched. I get excuses, and more assurances as to how perfect the car is going to be. I come back in 2 weeks and the car is sort of painted. However it looks like orange peel.... I point this out to the owner and explain that clearly they haven’t wet sanded the car yet. He tries to tell me that’s not included....lol I explained it was and I have the contract. Then I notice the mirrors haven’t been painted. He tells me they aren’t included. I then said “when I said I wanted the entire car painted what exactly did that mean to you? Because to me it means every inch.” I finally pick my car up after 3 months and paid the balance just to get my car back. The interior was covered with over spray, buffing compound was in every crevice. They lost them badge numbers off the back of the car. Lots the prices that go under the rear windows. Then the molding on the driver door fell off almost a month later. When it did I realized it had been put back on with an ashesive tape rather thank getting the correct clips from bmw which are less than .10 each. They broke the driver side door stop. I ordered a used one off eBay to be nice and save him some money rather then get a new one from the dealership. Of course I wasn’t reimbursed for that either after he told me he would. The wet sanding looks like it was done by a 4 year old, as well as the buffing, which has burn marks and streaks in it, and surface scratches on the clear coat. There is pain drip on the driver side mirror. The owners response to me “oh you wanted a show car”. “No I wanted exactly what I told you, the car painted back to the point it appears to have just rolled off the line, which is exactly what I paid for.” In all I’m Into this now 6,200.00 in cash and have a hot mess. I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place.
