PHENOMENAL SERVICE!! So let me start by saying that normally, getting in an accident sucks. Especially when your brand new car gets rear ended by someone not paying attention... You have to go through the whole grueling insurance claim process, and providers sure do love to tell you where to take your vehicle to get repaired because it ultimately guarantees THEY are getting the cheapest work done. Instead, I chose to handle my claim by preferring USA Auto Repair do the work and I am SO HAPPY I DID!!! To start, I was immediately greeted and had a consultation to assess the damage. They were happy to answer any questions I had regarding the estimate and repairs which were very fairly priced. Everything was up front and honest, with consistent communication the whole way through. They even went out of their way to drive me to the rental vehicle place nearby while the repairs were being done. Best of all, they finished the repairs QUICKLY! I was expecting 3-4 weeks minimum with the amount of damage I had, and they finished everything in less than two weeks. My bumper, lift gate, and rear end of my Explorer all look brand spanking new again, like the accident never happened. I am ecstatic that there is a mom and pop style shop with this level of professionalism operating in the NW side of town and would highly recommend them for any and all of your vehicle repair or maintenance needs.

Went to get the medium duty alignment for my tow truck 2014 dodge ram service was very quick. All the employees were respectful and Helpful definitely recommend anybody to come and get their trucks aligned or whatever they need easy-going to deal with highly recommend will come back again for sure. Freddy was a great service rep handled everything great !!

Had a bad accident awhile back, took my car to U.S.A Auto Repair & Body Shop Fadi and the team there are AMAZING! Professional, Quick, Efficient, and trustworthy They did a more then perfect job on my car, it looks even better then before the accident, i definitely recommend bringing your cars to this shop It's a gem to find a shop like this and I am just so impressed💯

I took my car in for a few body repairs. They were fast, fairly priced and did a great job. Dropped it off in the morning and had it back that afternoon. Go see Ali! He's professional and a very nice guy.

They provide great customer service and they do excellent work, 5 stars. My Mercedes was in a wreck due to collateral damage from another accident that was happening. I was in need of a dual body & mechanical shop. I found these guys on google and I spoke to Freddy when I called. He was friendly and accommodating. They came and picked my car up the same day. Ali and D.J were very accommodating while they had my car also. Everything went very smoothly between the shop and my insurance company as well. I got my car back weeks later and was amazed at how good it looked and drove, like brand new. They fixed everything! These guys do awesome work and they will be my 1st call should I ever need any auto work done. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here for any auto or body work that may be needed.

Excellent service. I had an aftermarket hood painted and put on my jeep. The hood must have gotten slightly bent out of shape in transit to my house. They were able to repair it and install it. The paint job and installation are flawless. The jeep looks amazing. These guys are very good and I will be recommending them to some of my friends. They will definitely be getting my business in the future.

I have a 2001 SL500 with AMG body kit that Mercedes no longer makes and the front bumper had a previously bad body/paint job done by the previous owner. I requested that USA Auto Repair keep the OEM Bumper and repair to the best of their ability and they did not disappoint. As you can see from the photos. Immaculate job done and will be returning for any classic or new vehicles that need body or paint work! Highly recommend

The moment I stepped into this place I knew it was going to be a different experience. I was greeted by Freddy who was polite and professional. I explained my situation with my wife’s car and they said they were going to take a look and see what I needed for her car. The mechanic came back and told us what the last mechanic did wrong at a car dealership(popular brand). He fixed the issue and told us what else we might need in the future. I brought my car back as well because of the great customer service and professionalism. I recommend every to try them because this is my new home for automobile fixes.

BEWARE BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR MECHANIC work !!!!!Brought my 2019 dodge caravan here to get my check engine light checked. They told me I needed new 02 cencers and I had 1 bad spark plug and 1 bad engine coil.. They insured me my parts came with lifetime warranty.. I FELT confident and left my van to pick back up and VAN WAS RUNNING TERRIBLE WITHIN 2 DAYS . Called back to asked them to check again and they told me my other o2 cencers were bad and needed 2 more.. which was fine payed another 300 after paying 900 to get my van running right. After pick up the van was still running bad and withing the day my check engine light came right back on.. When I called back they tried to tell me they would pull more cencers out of another car and see if that worked. FINALLY I WAS FED UP 1200 IN THE TRASH AND MY VAN WAS RUNNING WORSE THEN EVER!! I took my van to another shop and payed 280 to get a detailed Diagnostic so I can really see the problem!! When they called me to tell me what was going on I was blown away!!! These people put used cheap parts on MY VAN That WERE NOT EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE ON THERE!! THEY TOOK ALL MY SPARK PLUGS TO REPLACE THEM WITH CHEAP BAD PLUGS THAT WERE ALL WRONG !! IM OUT 1200 HAD TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX THIS BIG MESS!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THESE PEOPLE SCAM AND TRYED TO RAISE HIS VOICE TELLING ME "your TELLING ME I MESSED UP YOUR CAR.. IT SUCKS THAT people TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE WITH MECHANIC WORK!!!! STAY AWAY THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND NEVER TRYED TO MAKE IT RIGHT !!
