Lalo the owner took care of my truck which needed service right away! The customer service and honesty of him and his team is very comforting. They took in my truck and searched for the issue and called right away with what the issue was and the solution for it. Very professional and direct with their customers. It was the 2nd job they do for me. & highly recommend them for Paint/Body & General Mechanic for all types of vehicles!

I would.highly.recomend these guys for any collision repairs.I HAD MY WHOLE.back bumper fall.off on me on the highway. It was broke in some spots not only.did they fix it.They fixed it fast and gave me a break on tue labor prices.These GUYS DONT MESS AROUND COME CHECK THEM.OUT

Quick, easy, painless, and reasonable pricing. Got my 2015 Mazda 3 in to have both front lower control arms replaced at 230pm and got my car back by 5pm. Highly recommend. Update: Brought my car in for a separate issue regarding a wheel bearing and hub assembly replacement. As expected, I received high quality service which was completed in a timely manner with very fair pricing. My experience with this shop has been nothing short of exceptional and you can tell that the shop takes pride in their work. Also, I only live a mile and a half away so Lalo offered to give me a ride back home and also picked me up once my car was ready. 5 star customer service.

The guys at USA Auto can do anything and they do it right every time. Lalo is great at explaining everything that’s going on and is an honest businessman. I trust them with anything that’s going on with my vehicle. I’ve been to other big names places and Lalo has caught their shoddy work. Got into a fender bender and my tire/wheel well/suspension system started to make this grinding/squeaking sound. They said they could fix it and I went in several times and each time they tried to replace a different part. Each time they charged around $300. I went about 3 times before I realized they were just milking it because the problem never got fixed and they kept inviting me to come back. Eventually ended up taking it to my dad's mechanic out of town and he fixed the problem in 1 attempt and said it was an obvious problem and easily fixable.

Very grateful to have found USA Auto Repair. The place lives up to the reviews. Lalo gave a good explanation and breakdown of the repairs needed along with money saving options for my '08 Audi A6 and it runs great now! Two days later, I took my '07 Dodge Dakota to have the shocks replaced and again great service. Lalo and his guys have a quick turn around and they really take care of their customers. Other shops gave be high estimates and no options or break down of repairs. USA Auto is my go to shop from now on.
