This place is truly tops. My boy Sam has been working with me for a long while, now and has been nothing short of a blessing. He’s helpful, kind, skillful and HONEST. It’s damn impossible to find a skilled AND honest mechanic, especially towards a woman. I appreciate him so much, and I’m not taking my Benz anywhere but to him.

Great prices and even better staff! As a woman, I always feel like I'm going to get screwed at the car shop because I know nothing about cars but this place put me at ease and the staff were so helpful. I LOVE Sam and Heather, they were so amazing to me. I've never had a better experience getting my car fixed. I will definitely be back.

I will start by saying that I am giving them 5 stars instead of 4 for their friendly customer service. I planned on giving 3 because I originally came in for their specials: $9.99 smog and $9.99 oil change. They would not do the $9.99 oil change because this location did not currently stock the correct conventional oil weight for my car. They had full synthetic or blend which was more expensive. However, they handled my complaint well and I opted to do the blend. I walked to the Roberto's close by and my car was completed fairly quickly. They earned 1 star back for that. Sam, the manager then explained that they did not due the complementary tire rotation due to my front struts being bad. He offered a quote and financing and after I explained that I wasn't planning on sinking more money into an older car, he offered a manager's discount. After thinking about it for a day, I came back and Sam honored the lower price. The work was done the following Monday and Heather contacted me when it was completed. Sam explained the warranty and said if I have any issues with the work to come back. I've been to other USA locations, this one is way better and faster. I will come back to this location again for my car needs in the future. It's too early to tell if there are any issues from the work but I'm sure if there are any Sam will take care of them. So far so good.

I am pleased to share my experience with USA Auto Shop #10 where I have had the pleasure of working with Sam over the past few months for various car repair needs on my 2016 Honda Civic. I am someone who tends to ask many questions and conduct my own research before consulting a mechanic, and Sam has always been patient and informative, ensuring I understand every aspect of the repair process. I have pictures of my car with my back hydraulics was up when I brought it in all I asked for was an oil change which they should not have put open my trunk to mess with nothing with my hydraulics now my Lincoln is dragging and then they damaged a part of my car when I overheard the manager sit there and say maybe now she'll bring me money now here it is I can't drive my car for one my car is too low to be driving on the streets he didn't even try to diffuse or nothing they messed my car up more than what it was and call car shield and then mess my stuff up on that too I'm not going to recommend nobody to go there

They want to recharge me for a retest Smog check. Every Smog business in Las Vegas does retest for free if you fail the first time. Just come back after you made repairs. Not these jokers.

After reading most of the bad reviews, I don't know if they changed the manager or staff or something, but I had a positive experience. Sam is the manager who was working with me was very helpful and nice. I even showed him all the bad reviews on Google when he told me that something else (other than my brakes which I was there to fix) was wrong to try to like catch him in the act. He walked me through on what was the problem, showed me the damage, and explained why fixing it was important (there were Lower control arm, Front struts, and the Axle). After fixing it, my car works as well as it did before the damage. Albeit more on the expensive side, I definitely think this shop is quality and does not deserve the low rating it currently has.

This place is a total RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!! , went for an oil change, glad I took pics of my car before I went ! They called me and tried to tell me I was leaking oil from the pan and that they would have to fix it before they could do the oil change. I laughed at them and told them I would come get the car , also told them I took pics before I brought it there . Their Manager laughed ! He thought it was funny they got caught trying to rip me off !! DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!

Great people but they do scam and overcharge. Went in for a starting issues charges me 400$ to fix it. Started acting up again, so had the car towed to their shop. Told me I'd be reimbursed for the tow (I never was). They finally figured out what they fixed wasn't the problem and tried to charge me more to correct the problem. When I told them I'm not paying any more money. I was advised to never go to their shop again. It's not worth the headache go elsewhere.

I've been to this place a couple of times to get my oil changed. The first two they did right. After reading reviews, I got my oil changed by a local mechanic, he showed me the oil filter upon removing it. These reviews are telling the truth, they don't change the oil filter! They also torqued the oil filter cap, which is only supposed to be hand tightened at the most. I dont trust them any more and neither should you.

My uncle took his truck to this place to get the ignition key cylinder change they didn’t have the part but they charge him even for labor and when go went back for his appointment they never had the part and now they don’t wanna refund the money and they don’t give you a direct managers number to contact them the only thing he got was an I mail to contact them now the truck it’s fix and they still don’t wanna give the refund which it was over 9 hundred dollars they didn’t do nothing and they still charge you for labor whit out doing nothing I wouldn’t recomendó this place to anyone that for sure

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT GO. went for an oil change and they seemed off. Everyone was nice, sure, but competent? Reliable? Trusting? Not even close. After my “oil change”, I began having problems with my car shaking and at times, turning off. Fast forward, I took my car to another shop for a new oil change within the recommended time frame from my last oil change. EMPTY. COMPLETELY EMPTY. Straight sludge and not a drop of oil on my dipstick. Needed to be flushed. After reading Google reviews about this place today, I realized they are completely fake. I can’t speak for the rest of the locations, however, would not recommend this place to anybody. Also, my spouse had a weird encounter with them as well where they quoted him $600 for a fluid flush but they said if he bought it on the same day, they’d do it for $400. After letting him know about my oil, he checked his. His oil is disgusting, considering he got his done with them last week.

I came to get an oil change and a tire rotation, when finished my car had begun to shake after I started driving. I returned my car and what I assume was the manager was very kind but seemed to be doubtful of my car having problems. However, the mistake that they had made was that the bolts to tighten my tire were all loose and they had stripped them as well. I took it to another mechanic and was told that a lot of the bolts were still loose after they had presumably tighten them. You get friendly service here but I wouldn’t risk bringing my car here.

Running a total scam DO NOT FOR THE GOOD OF YOUR CAR DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTO SERVICE NO GOOD NO BUENO THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING U A SERVICE THEY RECYCLE THE SAME OIL THEY DONT CHANGE THE OIL FILTERS THEY LOOSEN COMPONENTS IN THE ENGINE TO MAKE U BELIEVE THERES SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR CAR MY ADVICE IF U HAVE ALREADY GONE CHECK UR ENGINE THOUROUGHLY ESPECIALLY YOUR AIR FILTER

Be careful here, had an oil change and two days later my engine blew up. I had another mechanic look at car after and they confirmed improper oil change caused problem. Also took covers off my car and didn't return them to me. Good luck hopefully no one has to go thru that.

I took my Vehicle in for an ABS/traction issue that had been bothering me for months. (Bob) was straight forward on cost and quality of the parts that he used. There’s nothing more important than honesty and integrity in the auto service industry and (bob) owned it. It was a pleasure doing business and getting to know him! I would give this place zero stars if I could. I had these guys change my brakes about a little over a month ago. Terrible job. They over torqued the one of the studs and the others got loose. I drove out to California and the wheel almost fell off. I noticed before the wheel fell off. I came back to see if the would make it right by fixing the stud and they told me the truck had been driven too many miles. They were very rude and unprofessional when they did the service and when I went back to have them fix it. Make sure you check their work because they won’t. I think we all know people who have be in an accident because of this.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Went in for an oil change and not only did they put 0W20 in my 2015 Audi but they didn’t change the oil filter and overfilled my oil causing severe damage to my engine. Now it needs to be replaced. Left 2 complaints on their website and still no response. The “mechanic” then requested to be paid on cashapp and then put $0 on my invoice. DO NOT GO HERE!

Took my dad's car for an oil change. Friendly staff and mechanic actually talks to you like a human and not an idiot. I will be only coming to this shop
