Absolutely horrible service. Said 45 minutes to be done it was an hours before they even pull my car in. The staff was very rude and standing around! Very unprofessional

BEWARE!!! Just left this establishment as this is my second time coming here. First time I had a mostly good experience other than the Cashier Cisco mis charging by $350 , took me 2 weeks to get my refund. The ONLY reason I came back to this place was because the gentleman worked on my car the first time was great and informed me about a transmission leak that my dealership was able to fix under warranty and he also fixed my headlight bulb! I wish I knew his name but he is tall, blue eyes man maybe in his late 40s/ early 50s. HOWEVER, this time I Bryan Serviced my car (according to my receipt). He’s probably in his late 20s and was using a blue vape. He tried to scam me telling me I needed my fluids flushed and that I needed new rotors which would all cost almost $800. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars he took advantage, I also blame Cisco because he wrote in my notes that I was going on a roadtrip which is true, but they used that to their advantage to try to up-charge me. LUCKILY, I called my mom and she knows a bit about cars and told me what actually needed which her friend (who is a mechanic) also confirmed. But it doesn’t stop there. Last time I came here I came with my Roomate who told me about this place. And I just realized it was BRYAN who serviced her last time and told her she needed completely new struts which would cost her about 1100-1300. I just spoke to her and she told me her friends dad looked at her car and her struts were fine! So I would be WARY coming here. And if you do, try to AVOID Bryan and DOUBLE CHECK your paperwork because Cisco doesn’t really seem to be on top of things because when I looked at my receipt I didn’t see that my fluids were topped off. So I asked about it and Cisco went to go check with Bryan and he said that “my mom told them not to touch anything” which was UNTRUE because I told Bryan my self I didn’t want the flush just my fluids to be topped of. My mom told him that I didn’t need new rotors. Cisco then charged me for the top of and then i decided to wait outside because I was upset. I noticed my car was still in the lot, but after 20 mins Cisco comes out to tell me they have actually already done the top off. And jokingly said “actually would’ve undercharged you.” Like at this point I should’ve gotten the top off for free with all crap from THIS AND my PREVIOUS experience of being mischarged $350. (Which I was actually told they wouldn’t charge me for the service but ended up just giving me the difference) No big deal, I expected to pay for the oil change anyways. Think twice about coming here for anything but an oil change. This is the last time I come here. Picture attached in case I get a reply saying I wasn’t serviced here

Went in for the $9.99 smog check and had no issues. Why I’m writing now is because I was told by the technician that I needed to have a flush for my transmission fluids because it was way past the due date and that the fluids were the wrong color. He also mentioned thar I needed some other work done that ultimately would have cost me an additional $800 total, but I decided to wait and do some research. So happy I did because I learned that doing a transmission flush on a car that has not been regularly flushed can actually cause more damage to the transmission than leaving it as it is! This only leads me to believe that either the technician is not experienced or that he was trying to hustle me into making more repairs than I needed. Either scenario does not look good on this shop. And now I won’t be going back ever again. All it takes is a quick 5-10 minutes on YouTube and you can learn a lot. I’m glad I took that time or else I’d be hundreds of dollars poorer now. Disappointing that this technician did not know better or was trying to get me to spend more today.

USA Auto Service #2 left my car in an unsafe condition. The battery was not properly secured after transmission exchange which caused multiple engine malfunctions. This was confirmed by the Mazda dealer. Edit/Response: There are numerous complaints and USA Auto Service #2 has excuses for all of them with zero accountability. I trust the word of a dealership over this place, but thanks for the Feedback!

$9.99 for SMOG BUT you might have to wait for a while as they clear up their other work first. It is NOT an in and out type of SMOG check. If you can "spare" your time waiting, may be it is good for you, but not for me.

I had gone to the USA Auto Service (Rancho location) for my oil changes for over three years until they attempted to defraud me into purchasing coolant service that I did not need. After I wrote a review and blew the whistle on the Rancho location’s misconduct, I figured it would be unwise to return to an untrustworthy location and leave my vehicle with employees who might seek retribution. I called various places searching for an oil change, and the price quotes were significantly higher than USA Auto Service, so I decided to try a new location. The building is clean and located in an area of town, perfect if you have a lengthy wait as there are many restaurants and stores in the area. I ate lunch at Arby’s while I received an oil change and the mechanics did their standard vehicle checks. I am well aware of the work that I need to have done to my vehicle and the recommendations that I received checked out! It shows that this particular location is trustworthy! I will return to this location for my future oil changes! I highly recommend this business for its service, honesty, and wait-friendly neighborhood.

This store lies... went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and smog. I left with an oil change done, smog check that didn't pass, and apparently my tires weren't rotated as I specifically asked them to do but I'm noticing now on the paperwork wasn't completed. I also left with a list of work they claimed needed to be done. About $3500 worth. Low and behold... as I decided to get a second opinion, I went to a friend and was told they were trying to rip me off!!! I drove to a different smog place, it passed! When will people learn if you can trust a mechanic they'll have you for life. Screw this place!!! I'll never go here or send anyone here again!!!

Had a great experience. I recently moved to NV and was not versed in what cars need out here. Chevy was very thorough and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me and gave me notes for future services. I didn’t feel pressured or anything when I was finished. The girl up front was also very nice. Highly recommend for services.

I would give no stars but had to give one to write this review. This is the worst place ever I have had service my car from the high interest rate of 169.99%, to the fact my car still doesn't run. I have to do the repairs they did over. They are thieves and liars and didn't do the work they said they did. They lied to me and said my car was vandalized and told my insurance claim agent it was not vandalism.. I'm filing insurance claim because of them. I'm filing a complaint with the better Business Bureau and more. Don't go there save your car from their abuse. I paid five thousand dollars for repairs not done to my car, my car still does not run. I noticed if a bad review is left they say, they cannot find records of any vehicle the post is referencing, that's just another lie. I brought car in because check engine light was in and needed smog cert to register car they didn't smog car before giving me estimate and telling me what was wrong, which I had to finance to fix and I'm still paying every month but my car doesn't run.

Absolutely horrible company/service. I brought my Mercedes to this place to convert my air suspension to coils (provided my own coil kit). Not only did this take several days to be completed, the suspension bypass module (came with kit) was also lost, so my vehicle doesn’t function as should. They lost piece itself cost nearly $400 alone. Other issues related to my steering is now also an issue. Today, while washing my car I noticed small dings around my wheel fender, which explains why I was previously told that they wasn’t sure my kit would fit. Dealing with this company is very regretful…you get less than what you pay for with this company. 👎 Future reference….paying with cash, gets you no proof of serve nor receipt.

Finding a good mechanic is hard. Today this place has restored a bit of confidence to me. My mechanic Chevy, was very well spoken and took the time to show me the issues of my car. The front of staff was also very helpful. Highly recommend.

Don’t go to this shop because they overpriced on all repairs and the only cheap thing is the smog check. They will scam you without a doubt it happened to me don’t let it happened to you !

I went in for a smog test close to closing time. There were others ahead of me and I thought I would be turned away. Super fast and friendly customer service! This will be the only place I go for my smog test!

On May 11, 2023, I went to this location to get an emission check for NVDMV. I was not aware that my 2021 Hyundai was not required to have an emission test for renewal, but they told me that I required one. Of course, the next day, I was told by DMV staff that I was required to do the emission test until next year. My problem with them lying to me is that the certificate only cost me $10. but if I had needed any work, how do you trust a business that does the wrong thing for $10.00 and takes advantage of someone's ignorance?

Went in for a $10 oil change girl asked 5w30 said no car takes 10w30 asked if I wanted synthetic oil said no regular. Never said extra charge if not 5w30. They put synthetic oil in and charged me $60 what a rip off came here to save money NEVER again
