I go here primarily because the smog check is fast and well-priced and close to me. First off, I refuse the free inspection when i get my smog that they give every vehicle because they exaggerate everything they "find" in hopes the clients are idiots. They told me I needed to replace my brakes, when there was still 60% life remaining. They also said I needed to replace my radiator hoses when they were still in good condition. Took my vehicle in a different time to get the A/C diagnosed. They told me that the issue was the compressor clutch. I replaced it and had the same problem so i took it back in. They said I needed to replace my entire A/C system at around $1200. I'm mechanically inclined and called BS on this. Took it somewhere else for a second opinion and it was just a bad sensor. Took 30 mins to replace. I'm a motorcycle mechanic and have been for many years so I know my way around most mechanical concepts and systems. Businesses like this are the reason mechanics get a bad rep as scammers. I personally recommend ONLY going here for a smog check and declining their free inspection. Even though they do the inspection any way regardless of me declining it EVERY YEAR. I genuinely believe their well-priced smog check is their way of getting clients in the door and trying to hook them with exaggerated claims they find during their free inspection and their prices for repairs are outrageously high. Literally the only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because their smog is well-priced and fast. Aside from that, I would never go here.

Went there for a smog check. Super friendly staff, price was fair considering today's economy 😞. Super fast friendly, they recommended services for my vehicle but weren't pushy about it. If I do get them, I think I will go there and give them a try at it.

USA Auto Service #4 has excellent customer service, quick service for oil changes, and their prices can't be beat. They were also honest about the additional services I will need done in the near future (they showed me the wear and tear under my car and was willing to price match repair costs)!!!

To the owner of the USA Auto Shop on 4801 S Pecos Rd #1a, Las Vegas, NV 89121: you better start watching your business license because if your people at this location keep up with the SCAMS - you are going to get shut down. You had NO BUSINESS getting under my hood today - the smog test did NOT fail, therefore, your people had no business screwing around under the hood. The other issue was the b.s. service expectation. I called, spoke to Georgie?, asked about the price, asked about the wait, she said "I have no one else waiting for a smog so come in and we can take care of it right away". 45 min later and 3-4 prompts to start the smog - I would have been off taking it to Jiffy. Which I will do next time. Shady Shady Shady ....!

Todas estas compañia aqui en las vegas son ladrones del dinero de los clientes,te dan el precio que a ellos les de su real gana,llevas tu auto a reparar y le ponen las piezas usadas,no hay un lugar donde reclamar nada me imagino que el manager general debe ser otro ladron igual que todos los que trabajan en USA Auto Service,no les recomiendo ningun sitio de estos,ese correo que te dan ellos para poder reclamar parece un email inventado porque nadie te contesta,ladrones,ladrones y ladrones

Took my son's truck in to have a oil change and received a call from Alex thatvI needed to replace the serpentine belt. I ok'd it and a week later his truck is broken down with a busted belt. I go in to the shop and the manager tells me I have to tow it in and pay for the tow. He will replace the part only. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.

Cheap and friendly. I got my 30k mile maintenance done there about 6 months ago and when I took it back today for a smog check they recommended the exact same work. It is unfortunate that they recommend service that isn't needed.

Wonderful and honest service. Came in for a smog and had my car inspected. Great feedback from Ricky and had an honest quote for an AC compressor that might need replacing but not today. Loved the honesty about that. Will definitely come back for my tune up!

THIS PLACE HAS HIGH LACK OF INTEGRITY!!! If I could get this place a negative star review I would. I called before hand to explain what was going on with my car after I left I realized I left my phone charger and I called to see if they had seen it. When I called back they said no one had showed up and that’s when I realized that these people acted like they had a conversation wirhbme before I got there just to take business from the mechanic shop in the back thats completely unrelated to them. They told me there was a certain diagnosis fee when someone else came (after I had paid) they gave them a different price than what they gave me. At the time they told me there were only two leaks and After calling a dealership, they told me that each part is sold individually so when I called back to this place, they tried to say that I needed the entire assembly. They will rip you off and not be honest with you. Once I told them I needed this information because I was going to go somewhere else. They became very rude and just hung up the phone. If you don’t want to be scammed, do not go here. They have no integrity and are willing to take other peoples business. I feel very sorry for the business in the back.
