Siempre llevábamos los carros a cambiarles el aceite a este taller USA AUTO en la Rancho y nunca habíamos tenido ningún problema..ahora q cambiaron el personal,lleve mi carro para el cambio de aceite y empezaron a decir q tenía q cambiar esto q si lo otro etc ..resulta q le hicieron el cambio de aceite y safaron o dañaron algo q mi carro tienen un enorme salidero de aceite y se lo regresé y el solo me dijeron q tiene q cambiar algunas cosas q por eso estaba tirando aceite..cuando ellos fueron los q lo dañaron para obligarme a q arreglara el carro con ellos. Eso antes no pasaba hay ..no por lo menos a mi..Ahora el encargado es un señor alto Blanco de ojos verdes..es un estafador OJO

They're already a little over priced, I go in there to get a Flu pop, They checked my car over and told me what was wrong. They asked me if I Wanted to do that right now. I told the guy three times no Before I had to yell. I feel They're just there To get as much money out of you as they can, They don't really care about the human being in front of them.

Excellent service, very professional and low cost. Got my car fixed and smogged right away. These guys are trust worthy, know what they are doing and got me in and out right away and back on the road. Go see them today for all your car needs! Rancho and cheyenne. You can have a cup of coffee at Mcdonalds while waiting. Very convenient

I had my mom take the car there when it got there the car was cranking and the battery was good when we didn’t want to do the service we got the car back nothing was turning on these people sound cool but they try to run it up on you 1300 to fix a fuel pump is ridiculous don’t go there period

People outside told me they would try to sell me more, to lie the car was not mine. Please do not go here. Did smoke check and guys didn’t offer to finish the registration there.Only to do more work. I went to the my regular dealership next day. The guy in the front desk also suggested I purchased more as Saul (the guy that helped me said) and told incoming clients a machine was broken so he could enjoy his food on his brake. Front desk offered freebies for a review on google and yelp. Please look at business bureau for true reviews. They will brake your car to charge you more. Please don’t go here.

Horrible service and they will rob you especially if you’re a woman. Paid $1800 for services that were not completed and the next day after engine light was back on. A waste of time and money. They offer fake warranty and come back with bs excuses. I would never recommend anyone to come here.

My oil change was $53. They tried to sell me on repairs I didn't need even after expressing my disinterest in hearing suggestions. I likely won't be coming back.

Sal the manager was great, he helped get our smog problem fixed on our Chevy Colorado also fixed my friend's Ford, also my Range Rover and my friend's Cadillac. I refer most of my business to USA Auto.

I walked away, feeling very cheated. And I feel that a lot of women and people who don’t know pricing may have felt the same. I felt that they price gouged me, and I don’t think it’s fair. I will not be returning to this place of business except with the warranty. I hope that’s valid. You do not know a lot about pricing and cars, please do not trust these guys to be good. Their façade is seemingly genuine, but when you see the prices and how they immediately come down off the price when you want to walk away, but not low enough for what you pay for, then you’ll know that, their price gouging. They start really high at first so that when they cut the price it seems that the cut price is still too high.. I’m ramble because I’m so upset. I hate that this happened. Please be careful at this place.

They take super good care of our cars...my whole family brings their cars here also...never had a bad experience yet. Changing rating to 1 star from 5 wish i could give it a zero. Management change and work is not satisfactory please please take your cars somewhere else or you will regret it. ..
