I absolutely love USA Automotive! Taylor is so kind and knowledgeable. She’ll talk you through every little thing, doesn’t mind repetitive questions, and will ask a colleague if she doesn’t know the answer. She is genuinely eager to help. When I took my car in for an oil change, they didn’t try to push any unnecessary things on me (this filter, that filter, etc.). When I came back in today for an inspection, they sent me a comprehensive breakdown of what needed to be fixed, categorized by priority (instead of reading off a list and saying it all needs to be fixed ASAP). USA Automotive is the best! And, just to make my experience even better, they had absolutely no problem with turning off the TV so I could work and make phone calls while I waited for the inspection to be over. I don’t have enough great things to say about them.

We were out of town and had a pretty major problem. They didn't try to up sale us a bunch of bull crap, thry actually listened to us and tried to get us home. We actually went to 4 other shops before coming here and thank goodness this is where we ended up! They had the upmost integrity and we will definitely be coming back when we're in this area☺️

The experience was wonderful! The staff was polite, and they all appeared to know what they were doing and be very honest. Rance is terrific (as usual!) and goes out of his way to help us (the customers). And they are reasonably priced. I will always take my business here whenever my car needs fixing. As a woman, genuine mechanics are hard to come by. In general, genuine mechanics are hard to come by. These guys’ break the wheel. They truly are seeking to help you and to make your life easier. A friend and I first met Joe and Rance at a competing mechanic, and when my car needed work done, she insisted I give them a call. Turns out, they had both moved to USA Automotive. Joe was extremely kind and generous. Both him and Rance won’t hesitate to explain everything to you in detail. They’re upfront about cost, fair with prices, and they know what they’re talking about. I cannot rave enough about the experience I had at USA Automotive.

Checked in promptly at my appointment time. I was there to replace the OE Continentals and front brakes. Joe reviewed the planned brake inspection agreeing that rotor turning is not good for newer cars. He indicated that there was no need yet for new pads (good news for another year). After initially agreeing to price match a local tire store and TireRack, I was disappointed that the price was higher than expected. The repair bill was not as detailed to allow me the verify the price match (was it tires or mount & balance?). Overall USA Automotive did a good job but next time I will buy my tires elsewhere.

USA Automotive by far and away is the one place I'll take my vehicles for service and repair. They communicate clearly what must be done and freely offer advice/suggestions. They value your time, work on appointment schedule that meets your needs. Best of all they offer a three year, 36000 mile warranty on their repairs - try asking a dealer, or another shop for that! They are fair and honest as the day is long. I can't say enough good things about them.
