Mr Joe Heyd at USA Automotive was very thorough and informative. My Ford Explorer is basically a new vehicle. The workers were also very knowledgeable and kind. USA is one of the best services I've received. Joe is awesome, he's honest and thorough, took care of my car repair in a timely manner. He kept me up to date on the status of repairs. He also recommended additional maintenance that was needed. I am very pleased with this shop.

From phone inquiry to the completion of service I was pleased. Had a break job done at this facility. I was received by my name with a warm welcome after having called the previous day. I was shown what I needed which was consistent with what the dealership had already said for almost 2.5 times the price. Joe, at the front desk was very polite and thorough. Overall service was outstanding which is a rare find these days.

I brought my car in after I drove over RR tracks and it sounded like my muffler went. Went to one place that quoted me $1200 for proper repair (was with catalytic converter) or $400 for something that was a temporary fix and id still have to fix it correctly in a month to year. Thought id get another estimate and came here. I was given the same rate for the proper fix but was told that Joe went the extra mile and looked up to see if my car was still under warranty, which it was. I ended up taking it to the dealer and fixed free of charge. You better believe I’ll be letting others know about an honest car repair place and will be coming here when work needs to be done that’s not under warranty .Thank you Joe!

Been bringing my cars here for over 10 years. He's kept them running and he doesn't try to squeeze you. He doesn't try to upcharge either. He gives you the work you need and no pressure to do more. He'll warn you of potential issues as well.

Great service, friendly staff, it was a busy so I got my car the next morning, but they informed me off that before I left my car. The work was done before the estimated time. Anything they saw that may have been a problem in the future but didn't need immediate attention they pointed out. have nothing but good things to say.

These guys show the upmost respect and customer service. Get things done in a timely manner and have the work to prove it. This is the only place I’d take not only my cars but recommend it to friends and family. I feel like 5 stars isn’t a high enough scale to cap them off at.

Very polite & professional. Quick turnaround time & low cost. Grateful to have a new local mechanic! Update: 2 years later, they've helped me with everything from brakes, new tires, oil changes, etc. Still polite, prompt & fair prices.
