I'd have to say the management at Utire is very good ...I had a cpl tires mounted on some Dayton rims a couple weeks ago well there was a minor problem after the job was done...But Jay at Utire took care of it very well thank you Utire

Very deceptive practices. I called on 9/16/24 and got a quote on 4 tires. I told them the size 225/50R18 and was told the tires they had were Zeetex and they had them in stock. I went to the business on 9/17/24 to get them installed. I paid for the tires and on that receipt, it showed Zeetex tires. When I got home, I got my gauge to check the tire pressure this is when I noticed the installed tires were Delinte 235/45R18. I called UTire and was told that those were the recommended tires for the vehicle (2012 Chevy Malibu). I asked why the receipt did not match the ties. I was told they were out of stock of the Zeetex so they installed these. I asked why they did not tell me they were out stock, and they should have consulted with me before they installed a tire that is not the recommended tire by chevy. The wheels on the car are 7 inch wide the 235 tire calls for a rim width of 7 1/2 to 9 inch. They insisted they were the right tires but would not give a receipt to match the installed tires. That is some pretty shady business practice. I was contacted by the manager and they did resolve the issue. I would like to thank them for the prompt response and taking care of this issue.

I'm so happy to find a local shop to give my business to. I was a walk in for new tires on my jeep. Jakob up front was very friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. The price was amazing. Next week I'm getting tired for my pickup.

I am always so impressed with Utire. They're customer service is the best. I've never waited more than 20 minutes to have my tires done. The last time I took a friend there without an appointment for 2 front tires.... as soon as I walked in and told him what we needed he took my keys and said ..we'll get you right in. It couldn't have been more than 15 minutes and they were bringing her car back out front. Not only is their service better than any other tire shop...you can't beat their prices. I always recommend Utire to anyone needing tires and don't wanna wait...you guys are the best.👍👍

I really like this shop, I prefer it over the big brand stores that hire anyone who applies. Recommend to anyone in need of tire services. Jay is always cool to talk to and straight to the point. Tire services are fast, and from my experience, best priced for name brand tires. Great warranty too. 5 stars

I’d give a zero if I could. I got a “good deal” on tires only to find issues on two of them already. One blew out with no notice of an issue by a more reputable tire shop putting me and my kids at risk. When I called them, they said they don’t do replacements for defects. I’ve never heard that before so I went with the other company for better care. (Within 4 months of getting them). I’ve been having issues with another one keeping air since I got them. Today I decided to take it into the other, more reputable company, and had them check the tire. Well, NOT REPAIRABLE, because it had already been repaired but no plug put in. How the heck could you do that to someone from a pure safety perspective? Shame on you. Sell a tire at a good deal, that is not new, and messed up, in hopes of have to get more new tires because they don’t replace tires, even for defects? Insane.

Will not be returning, they forgot to replace one of the hubcaps and refused to put another one on even though I called them and they reassured me they would place it. Horrible customer service!!!

Excellent tire shop, best in town! My current boss has been going to these guys for years. They treat their customers well (especially returning ones), are always quick to address your concerns, and have a nice cool front lobby to sit in while you wait. I just got new tires and this was my second time coming. Young man at the front had excellent customer service and was moving quick, he meant business. Highly recommend for all of the Tucson area to come here. Thanks!

Professional and courteous. Came in to replace all 4 tires. Said it would take 2 hours. Got done in an hour. (with 4 people ahead of me). EXCELLENT pricing. Beat out all other tire places. Will be coming back definitely. Thank you

Wonderful experience. I’ve had a slow leaker for about a month. Needed to fill it once a week. I found UTire at random in a “tire repair near me” search. I brought it in and he asked if I’d bought the tire from them. I said no, and he said the charge was $30. I said OK. Half an hour later it’s done. I asked him what he found and he said there was a small mail in the tire which they removed and fixed. I pulled out my wallet and he said, “Think of us the next time you need tires.”

They always have your best interest in mind, they are very knowledgeable, they don’t price gauge like discount tire and they are just simply honest people and Jay the GM is great! Great Small Business! Needed good used tires at a good price! Got great used tires at a great price! Jay runs a very busy non franchise tire shop! I got 90% Bridgestones for the price of used unknowns. Everybody was friendly, courteous, & professional! I would recommend Utire on Kolb to anyone needing rubber! I picked out the tires I wanted, and less than 30 minutes later, I was driving off with tires installed & balanced! Impressive! 03.06.2024 My wife needed new rubber on her 2016 Mazda Cx-5. Tires were a weird size! Jay had a set at a wonderful price. We showed up at 1230. We were still walking in when the car was put on the rack. Total time couldn't have been 20 minutes, and we were paid out and driving away! New tires. mounted, balanced, with taxes for $452.00, and about 20 minutes spent getting it done! This guy makes the franchised tire places look like pure amateurs! This is the second time I have experienced excellent prices, excellent customer service, and obviously excellent management from Jay at UTire! I won't go anywhere else for my tires!
