Had a radiator replacement and oil change done, Pete, the owner operator delivered on everything he said he would, and more. Honest from the start, when every shop in the vicinity seems to be gouging the community. I would absolutely recommend. I spent a little bit more than expected due to an error of my own, always bring the right tool/part for the job. But lesson learned, he was fair from the start. I'll be returning in the future.

Needed transmission service on my 2006 Mercedes SL500 & wife's 2016 E350. Received excellent service in a timely manner. I usually work on my own cars but know my limitations. Valley Auto was recommended by a friend and I was very satisfied with their service.

What an absolute joke of a shop, went in for an ac flush and the guy messed it bad. It cost hundreds of dollars worth of damage they didn’t even offer to fix the problem . Don’t go here unless you want a broken car.

Pete is the best! I had him do my front suspension on a 2008 Nissan Altima a few years ago, and just had him do the rear suspension and motor mounts. The car drives better than when we bought it back in 2013, and has over 130,000 miles on it. Local shops like Big O and Sun Devil were quoting me about 60% more in labor costs, and would likely have found a way to quote me more after the work began, as there was a bushing stuck in one of the knuckles. Pete knocked right through this problem, and had the car back to me by the end of the day, as promised. I was thinking of dumping this car, but now that it drives like new, I'm going to see if I can get 200,000 miles out of it. If you want your job done correctly, at a very fair price, Pete is your man!

Just had my truck worked on at Valley Auto. Pete gave me a very reasonable price and had my truck back to me in a day. It is hard to find a honest mechanic that does quality work and I was very happy with my experience with Pete and Valley Auto. I would highly recommend Valley Auto and will definitely be going back for any future mechanic needs.

Valley Auto is definitely somewhere I would recommend. Pete is honest and told me exactly what I needed. My car needed quite a bit of work, and I am very satisfied with the job. As a female, I usually feel as though I get taken advantage of when it comes to getting my car worked on. I felt completely at ease using their services. Highly recommend!!!!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I will never go to another place again. It's worth the drive. He knows what hes doing and doesnt jerk you around. He also is very fair on prices. Thank you guys for fixing the AC on my Saturn.

These guys are terrific. Found them on Craigslist. Had them do my Oil Filter Housing Unit, Water Pump, and belts for the alternator. The owner Pete and his staff were very helpful, honest, and friendly. Being from Seattle, I needed to get the work done before heading up and they needed an extra day to complete all of the work. So I got a hotel in the area and the owner actually shuttled me do to the hotel and picked me up the following morning. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone. Very fair pricing as well. I shopped around a bit and can say the had the best prices in my situation.

What a complete and total mess of a shop. 6 days to repair a hose and some belts. A laundry list of excuses and then my car has the service engine soon light come on after the car was supposedly complete and finished. I am at a different certified BMW mechanic currently and then said the issue is completely different then what Valley Auto said it was originally so I paid for a repair not needed. Do yourself a favor and go to a legitimate certified repair shop. Please learn from my mistake. Knowing what I what I know now I would have stayed away from the sho that looks like a grenade was thrown in there.

Please don't hesitate to have Pete fix your car....his shop is honest, quick and especially fair in their pricing. I used to have the shop next door and met Pete and Joe when they first started there....they were friendly then and have never changed their great way of doing business....I guarantee you will not be disappointed!!!

The terms "honest" and "mechanic" are rarely placed together in a truthful fashion. When you add thorough, fair and personable to it, that pretty much doesn't exist. That is until you check these guys out. Pete is a consummate professional. There's really not much else to say. The guy knows his stuff and is just a likable dude. I've been going to Valley Auto for about 2 years now after the corporate auto repair places continually showed their true colors. Whether its a simple oil change or a complete brake job, I'll only go to Valley Auto. Thank you for all the great work you've done for me over the years Pete!

Hey guys, if you are looking for an awesome, reliable and honest mechanic, Pete is your man. I have been taking my truck here for a while now and he always is honest with me and upfront. Takes great care of my vehicle. Had a mess load of work to do on the truck and an emissions problem. After failed attempts to fix things myself I just finally let him have it and in one day he not only found the issue but fixed and got the truck to pass. I work on vehicles myself but Pete is my go to man whenever I need advice or something fixed! Couldn't ask for a better mechanic!

This is my 2nd time working with Valley Auto. I wanted to do a 5 star review after the first visit, but decided to wait until one more interaction. Pete is awesome! They are working on a very difficult car for, one most other shops won't bother with. Valley took great care of it and I highly recommend them.
