Had some brake problems with my dodge ram in yellowstone! Not a great place to be with faulty breaks! Called around to a bunch of places and Rick and the fellas here were the only ones able to work us in. We are so lucky and grateful they got us in and fixed everything quick! Everyone here was nice, knowledgeable, and a pro at what they do. Thank you Valley Service Center! The best in the biz!

These guys are amazing. We had our brakes go out on the way to the Grand Tetons going down the steep Teton Pass. I called Valley Cars and not only did these guys get us in, they put 2 guys our car to get us out and on the road by lunch. This is what you call customer service. If I could leave a higher review, I would. Thanks Valley Cars Service Center!!! Because of you, we got through both the Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks and to our hotel by evening.

We broke down in Gros Ventre and was fortunate to have had a young couple tow us back into Jackson. Next morning Rick worked us in and was finished shortly after 1pm at a very reasonable price.

I can't say thank you enough to Rick and his team for working overtime and fixing my daughter's car so fast. She is working in Jackson this summer and felt a little panicked when her car wouldn't start. It brought a lot of comfort to this momma, that she was taken care of and is back on the road. Rick and everyone at Valley Cars Service Center were so kind and helpful! They really care! Thank you again!

I can’t say enough good things about Valley Cars Service Center. We were traveling through and only had two days in Jackson. Rick was able to accommodate us first thing our first morning there to install a starter on our tow vehicle, Jeep. Working us in his very busy schedule. We also had a gas leak that needed to be addressed. Had to order the part, got it by the next morning. Worked us in again, this time they had to drop the gas tank and engine to get the gas line in. Took up two and a half hours of their day and he let us stay there and wait because we had no other ride. While on the rack Ruben discovered some missing bolts on some brackets and fixed that. Asked him to adjust our emergency brake and Ruben discovered we were going to need brakes and rotors when we get home. Thank you Rick and Ruben for all that you did for us !

I sent an employee to Wyoming for a construction related project, and these guys were the only mechanic shop willing to take a look at his van after he noticed issues with his brakes. They were extremely quick and flexible about fitting in his van asap, and after we found out the problem was overheating and nothing else, they wouldn't let me pay for their time!!! Super great people, and I really appreciate their helpfulness today. When Rick called me back while I was still looking for help, he said "I don't feel good about someone driving around in an unsafe vehicle", and he made it work.

We drove our car to Wyoming from Georgia, and the dang check engine light comes on. Rick took us in quickly, checked it out, and let us know what we needed. Solid group here, strongly recommend. Hopefully don't need a mechanic again but would reach back out for their service without hesitation.

I visited Yellowstone National Park on a road trip in Florida. Then a deer ran into it and broke the passenger side bumper. We had a long way to go, and I was worried about whether it would be possible. So I visited the store and they kindly looked after me and fixed the broken part. So, fortunately, I was able to return to Florida. I am so grateful that I am writing a review as soon as I return home.

We can't say enough wonderful things about Rick, his team, their work, and professionalism! When you are 1200 miles from home and know absolutely no one in Jackson, to find a place like Valley, with a team of people who truly care and want your vehicle to be fixed as quickly and perfectly as possible, feels nothing short of miraculous. Rick and staff are the greatest. Special thank you to Hugo and the rest of the team for patching my tire yesterday even though they were totally booked! I've been there several times now, and they do really good work super quickly, and in my opinion, the prices are the most reasonable in town. Rick always talks me through the options and ways to save money, and they are not condescending at all. I can't say enough good things about Valley Cars, and they will always be my first choice for car repairs in Jackson!

Every so often, you find a great mechanic! My dashboard randomly lit up on a Friday afternoon while solo travelling (as a woman) through Jackson. As you can imagine, I was stressed beyond belief with 500mi+ to travel home 2 days later. I called and Rick told me I could come in immediately. They assessed the issue, reset the codes, were plain with their language, eased my concerns, and gave me a plan should it happen again. My car is totally fine, and free of charge too. I was so stressed in the moment but want to be clear in that I AM SO GRATEFUL. Please never change.

Had a service engine light come on in my truck while in Yellowstone on a two week long trip and rushed back to Jackson. Rick and his team of mechanics were very pleasant to deal with! They checked the service code in my truck free of charge and right away even though they were very busy. Got my piece of mind quickly and with no hassle, thanks to these guys!

If we could offer this place ten stars, we would. We were in town visiting the area, and ended up having issues with our rental on a busy Friday. While every place we called was booked for at least a week or two, Rick heard our plight and was kind enough to make accommodations by bringing in additional help. His team thoroughly assessed the whole vehicle -- not just for the main issue we encountered, but also to ensure the vehicle was fully drive-able for the remainder of our long trip. We are on a road trip when we got a flat tire on our way out of town. Every other tire place in town wouldn’t get us in until days later, but this place came through for us— patched our tire quickly and got us on the road by noon! They were so kind and we are so appreciative. Highly recommend.

We were visiting from out of town and had a major electrical fail (no heat, dash console off, power windows didn’t work). Even though they were fully booked they kindly did some troubleshooting and got us on our way. Didn’t even charge us. So appreciate their willingness to help us out.

While visiting the area for our anniversary, our brakes started screeching. After calling multiple places in town, nobody was willing to help. We were stressed. But we walked into Valley Cars and they immediately stopped what they were doing to help us. The price was fair, the service was even better. Super impressed with their kindness and and willingness to go above and beyond to help us in our moment of need. We thought our trip was going to be ruined...but they saved us! Highly recommend.

We are on a road trip cross country and our coolet tank cracked and all other shops werent able to see us till the next week but valley cars was able to squeeze us in and get the parts next day and we were able to get back on the road by 9am. We are super greatful for them!

😀Fantastic, honest repair shop! I was vacationing in the area when I had a sensor issue on my Volkswagen. 🚙They were able to work me in and charged an extremely fair price!
