What a wonderful place. As the storm hit we ducked in and got some pizza. Best decision ever! The staff are incredible. Our 3 girls thought they were the nicest people. The pizza was amazing. Flavor that brings you to the heart of Italy. Highly recommend if you want a memorable meal in Hollywood

I wanted to share my positive experience at Valley Ford, I had a few questions I was there back in September and I got a hold of the manager and service coordinator James. He remembered me and I felt very valued and he knew my car even , and issue before I heard him typing , 🤯 So hats off to him. I felt that I was in good hands. James! This guy has experience and he and his team there addressed my problems, solved everything quickly and efficiently. NOW THIS is FORD! *ALSO VERY LARGE SELECTION OF COMMERCIAL TRANSITS! 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖

Tho the issue was repaired communications was not maintained during resolution. Oil maintenance sticker and next oil information was not provided.

Had a small mixup with my service appointment, but I'm happy that the service manager stepped up and made it right. Hats off to the cashier for always going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service!

I’ve never been more disappointed with a ford dealership and my time wasted for an oil change. I scheduled an appointment at 9am for a regular service appointment for an oil change. Arrived 5 minutes early and was told it would take between an hour and an a hour a half. I get an update at 10:19 saying it’s going to be done at 11am instead. I give it 15 minutes past 11am and check in again and asked what was going on and received an update that my car would be done in 30 minutes. I didn’t leave and check out until 12:22pm. The minute someone knew it was gonna to take a long time (ie. longer than hour I was given) I should’ve been given other options instead of wasting 3 1/2 hours of my time waiting for a simple oil change. I decided to come to this location because it was closer to me but now I’d rather drive the extra 20 minutes to Germain where I know I’ll be taken care of. You could’ve given me the oil change for free and I still would’ve been just as upset for my time wasted in the waiting room.

Avoid this dealership at all costs if you can. Their hours are weird, no one ever answers the phone, and they will happily charge you $200 to scan your car only to tell you they don't know what the problem is. If you have the time, go to the service department on Morse Rd. instead- I've learned my lesson and they've happily fixed mistakes made by Roush for me.

Appointment was at 1130 am they took the person behind me while 4 people stood around it is 1:22 pm now and still my truck is not done. Very poor service

Took my truck in for repairs. Spoke with service center who only had half the parts to repair. No big deal agreed to pick up truck the following day and come back when parts were in. Following day I came in to get truck and was told it wasn't ready. Waited for more than 2 hours in waiting room and had to call for a ride to work because the customer service is so bad. Highly recommend to go somewhere else. Truck still isn't finished.

I needed diagnosis and repair on computers in my ‘17 Explorer. The service request was handled by Cory J, The service was provided in a timely and professional manner. Everything proceeded flawlessly and I hope that Cory has a long career with Roush.
