Great staff that's very friendly and helpful every time I've gone to them. Not once have I had any issues when I've shown up even without an appointment and been in and out very quickly.

Val’s is the place I plan on going to for all my car maintenance needs. They get me in quickly. Carson is awesome. The rest of the guys are outstanding as well and all know what they are doing. If I am having a car problem, they look it over and explain the problem thoroughly and fix it. They are not pushy. I feel very comfortable going there. Thank you!

I’ve taken my car here a few times and every experience has been great! Very professional, very honest and knowledgeable. Customer service is amazing and my I services are always complete in a timely manner. With me clearly being someone who doesn’t know much about cars they have never tried to take advantage of that nor over charge me. Thank you guys for the amazing service!

Ran over a nail and got a big ol hole in my tire. Tried plugging it and it didn’t work so I thought, oh well take it to Costco to get it patched. Costco refused to patch it because I had attempted a plug, saying I’d affected the structure of the tire (ok buddy) and that they could only sell me 4 new tires because the car was AWD. Walmart told me the same thing. I took it to Val’s and he said “I will try my best.” And he fixed it perfectly. He turned a $1000 bill into a $30 one. God bless these guys.

Unbelievable Service!! Driving to Florida and ABS and traction lights came on. Car started chugging and jumping. Called BV Auto LLC, he texted me and said he didn’t have the parts needed and referred me to.Val’s! What a lucky break we got with this referral. Called them, very courteous and professional on the phone. We were chugging our way to Val’s. Made it and 1…ONE HOUR later we were fixed and on the road! I WOULD recommend Val’s 100%! Really can’t thank them enough! All this and on a SUNDAY to boot!!!

Went there recently to get some work quoted, and I was given the opportunity to upgrade to a new set of tires for a really good deal since mine were old. Val and Carson got the truck on and off the lift in less than an hour with no wait on a Saturday and I was back on the road running smooth. Will be taking my mechanical needs to them now.

I had taken my Lexus back in July to Val's to find out why my AC stopped working and wouldn't stay charged for more than 20 min. They diagnosed the problem a rock in my condenser, got it fixed quickly and I had nice cold air...well... until September when I had an accident and totaled my car. 😞. My husband takes his car there for oil changes and they get it done so quickly. I had bought a new/used Jaguar and need some repairs, the dealership cost an arm, leg, and a kid. I wanted to go to Vals again for repairs because of our great experience with them. The reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because he was completely honest about not being comfortable working on a Jaguar. (Which I totally understood and appreciated) Instead of leaving it at that, he still tried to help and gave me a number for another place who might have that experience. I spoke to them today and they were just as lovely to speak to, and wanted to see how they can help me and have an appointment with them. So in my opinion even if Vals couldn't help me with repairs they still helped me find someone who possibly could. So thank you for your help.

I will recommend Vals Tires and autocare to anyone in Louisville and one of the main reasons will be they have the best affordable prices in the city, and they are very very efficient and professional when it comes to their job. This is the first time I haven’t taken my Mercedes Benz to a Benz dealer and I was so impressed and happy with the job they did. Thank you for your services.

This morning, I had a very good experience. Wait time was minimal and mechanic took me aside and explained my problem. I felt comfortable with the mechanic and his knowledge of what was wrong with my vehicle. will definitely be back. Thank you Vals Auto repair.

Found an align wrench in my tire. Took it to Carson (shop manager) at Val’s Tire and Autocare. He patched the hole and the whole thing took at 20 to 30 mins. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing an engine diagnostic or shocks and struts done.

They are so professional. Thank you so much, I tried two guys before: the first dude advised me to buy a new car, he said the transmission was bad(wrong). The $1,300 to fix the car- what I couldn't afford. A friend referred me to Val's Tires and Auto care, and for less than $400 they fixed my car! I have been driving for 3 weeks already, and she drives so smoothly. Once again thank you Vals!

If I could give more stars I definitely would. We had a huge gash in our truck tire and needed 4 new ones anyway. Went to tires plus (with an appointment) was told they didn't have our tires. Then said to come back the next day with a $1400 quote. On the way home we noticed Vals was open on a Sunday. We just went in to check and walked out with 4 brand new tires for half Tire's Plus price. Super friendly people and we were in and out within 45 minutes. We will be coming back for tire service in the future.

Best place in Bullitt/Jefferson county area to bring your vehicle. They are open 7 days a week which is very convenient for my crazy schedule. This will be my goto for now on.

Purchased 2 used tires here for $60 each and both were in near perfect condition with lots of life still in them. One Michelin, one Toyo. Good people, even better service.

This place is the absolute freaking best. The crew working is incredibly friendly and always gets back to me super fast and the prices are great. They have always helped when something comes up and I know I can rely on them anytime. As a young adult (and female on top of that) the “world of adulting” is still new to me but they always handle my concerns with care and I feel so incredibly confident with this business. This is THE best place to give your business to!!
