DON"T COME HERE FOR ANYTHING! A regular $25 state inspection almost turned into $850 work, but I did not let this mechanic guy Colton take advantage of me. He failed my state inspection and told me that my Power Steering needs to be replaced and he was asking $850 to do it right away. I took it to a different mechanic and after he inspected my power steering found nothing wrong and told me that mechanic guy Colton was trying to take advantage of me quickly. 3 months later and my vehicle is still running strong, no steering problems or leaks whatsoever! Avoid this place at all costs !

I go here usually for my oil change, and even if it is just the oil, they do their best to inform me of the other problems they come across in their vehicle. In addition, Colten is a great car mechanic. Always has jokes, explains things in a simple way, and if he makes a mistake he does his best to rectify. Thank you all here!

Stopped by this location after bringing a family member to the airport nearby and 10/10 great service! Jordan assisted me with my oil change and updated me on some other services that would benefit my vehicle. Their team had me in and it within the hour, would definitely return.

After coming here for a year, I changed my 5 star review to 1 star. Terrible customer service from Colton (supervisor) and the owner. The only reason I’m giving them a star at all is Jordan.

Excellent location that seriously cares. They helped me get in-and-out with a tricky situation while I was in a hurry. I also highly recommend working with Colton. He went above and beyond to help me.

Friendly, honest, and knowledgeable staff and supervisor. Colton was engaged throughout my entire visit. I came in for an oil change (9/14/24) and found out that they also do repairs and replacements. So I'm back today (9/16/24) for a well needed radiator replacement. I plan to return for a power steering flush soon.

I will not go anywhere else. Colten was so knowledgeable when it came to an overall car problem. Hes had plenty of experience working in other dealerships so it’s not likely you will catch him not having an answer to a question. Prices are reasonable and customer service was outstanding!

OK, this location is a little tucked away - but it's worth taking the time to do business with these folks. I had a great experience there yesterday (oil change/inspection), so I wanted to take a moment to write a review. Colten was a really nice guy and a true professional. He checked my vehicle over and gave me a quick synopsis of the few things I MAY want to have done due to the age of the vehicle (super low miles but now 10 years old) as part of their inspection process - and gave my no BS. He has experience working for dealers and other large repair shops, and I know a fair amount about cars - so everything he recommended was pretty much spot on. They also do actual mechanical work at this location and I have no experience with their mechanics as of yet, but if they are as thorough and expeditious as Colten - I imagine their work would be quite good and probably reasonably priced as well. I have to say Colton has saved me. I recently purchased my baby a year ago and need a new battery this was 4th of July week and I was in desperate need of help. I went to him via default because of warranty but Colton went above and beyond for my vehicle and my father! Ask for Colton his service is beyond 10+ stars really and will do whatever it takes to get your business again within reason! See you soon.

I’ve been bringing my car to this location for a while now and the service is always great. The last few times I’ve been given clear understandable suggestions with no pressure to get services done and the priority the would need to be done. Colten has been super and recognizes me when I come in and is a great ambassador for the business. I highly recommend this place.

The service was very good and the manager gave me a discount because my maintenance went a little long making me late for an appointment. I was pretty stressed but the professionalism of the manager made the situation much better despite my anxiety. Excellent customer service highly recommend!

Colton the manager has great customer service and explained how his mechanic found some leaks with my vehicle during my oil change. When I came back he was able to get his guys complete the work within 5 hours for $900. 1. Water pump replacement 2. Oil valve cover gasket replacement Will try to update in a few weeks!

I paid for a full synthetic oil change. They did not seem as organized and professional as other Valvoline shops I have been to in the northeast. A few days later, I noticed a puddle of oil on my garage floor. It continued dripping for days and when I looked under the car, I saw the skid plate was not correctly replaced. I called the shop to ask them to repair it but they never returned my call. I recommend you go to a dealership where they will do the job correctly for the same price.

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! I came here for an inspection and they failed the car because it didnt stop 2 feet within some measurement. I think they were just trying to get me to spend money on their overpriced labor. The brake job was going to be over 100.00, so I bought pads and replaced them myself! Then 300.00 to replace a broken wheel stud! I bought the stud for 4.99 and went to a local mechanic that charged 35.00 in total!!! Pads 60 stud 4.99 labor 35.00 total 100.00 compared to the $450.00 Valvoline was charging! Never going back here again. this is just my opinion, I didnt feel comfortable here.

The team here is full of great people, manager is a legend. Saved my thousands of dollars after another shop told me I need a bunch of unnecessary services. My go to mechanic shop as long as I live in DFW.
