Amazing service. I have been a customer for 5+ years. not once have they let me down. even rotated my tires on the spot. prices have gone up by a couple dollars but thats the cost of business. If they dont go up they will close. Thank u lube 1

I have been a long time customer there. There’s been a switch in staff. Seemingly the customer service has changed quite a bit. I recommend mr mufflers next door. They most likely cannot help you if they don’t feel like it.

I was told one thing over the phone then when I got there the man tried to charge me more for a simple oil change… then we argued with me like he was a woman and he also admitted that he was the one that spoke with me when I initially called. I don’t know if it’s because I’m just a woman or a black woman but I definitely don’t agree with any man behaving the way that this man did I am don’t recommend any woman go there alone!

I drove into the first one on Telegraph off 7 mile, and the owner walked to my car to inform me that they were all out of oil. Their shipment was late, still in a different state. He called Valvoline down the street to tell them to look out for me and apologized for the inconvenience. When I got there on Telegraph off 5 mile, the guys already had the supplies ready for my car, and one of them were already heading down to the oil pit to be under my car. I had work on my passenger seat for me to do while I waited, but I didn't even get to open it. They were so fast and nice too.

Terrible... My car takes 10-30... The genius oil tech put in 5-30... If my motor blows I will be suing.... Do not go there.. When I called to tell him his mistake .. He wanted to argue with me...Even called me back... An Arab Dude with a long beard.. Terrible customer service... He said Big Ray was his dad.. I hope Mr. Know It All's dad see's this review... Don't go there.. U might need engine replacement.. And have to sue... No Stars
