I went to get my car inspected today 8-26-24 at this location. They guy pulled it in the bay and after a few minutes he came inside to tell me he needed to show me something, he told me that my tint was to dark and he showed me on the meter. I advised him that it was factory tint and that they passed it last year when I brought it to the same location with no problems. Then I was told by him that he could pass it but he would need to be compensated for it. I told him how much and he said $40. I also ask him how these people with limo tint pass? He told me that they pay him the $40. This is some shady business. I have been doing to this pass since I got my car in 13 and never have I been told that till today.

Went here instead of my regular place in Hillsboro due to my low air tire pressure light being on, so wanted a quick fix in Waxahachie plus oil change. Paid $100 for an oil change and the paperwork said they checked my tires, yet they did not. I asked the Hispanic male tech and he said, "It slipped my mind." He went back to 'put air and check the tires' and upon leaving they were still low at 28! I had another appointment to get to so didn't go back again. Very disappointing to pay that much money and not even receive air that they say they checked, twice!! I remember when you used to get air, clean windows, and a quick vacuum. Customer service and lack of regard is on the decline, bad!

Customer service is lacking, wasn’t greeted. Technician just stared at me until I told him what I needed. Service was fast, just not very welcoming or friendly.

I recently visited the Valvoline Express Care Oil Service Center and had a fantastic experience. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were incredibly professional. Chris, one of the technicians, went above and beyond to ensure I was informed about the process and answered all my questions with a friendly attitude. His excellent customer service made the visit a pleasant one. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing reliable oil service!

Typically do oil changes myself, but it was hot and I was in a hurry. These guys did a quick job for a reasonable service fee. Air conditioned, and clean waiting area. You can also buy ammunition here!

Went in to get an oil change and air filter change, everything was good until technicians didn't want to change filter out. Made a lot of excuses why not to change it. Bad experience

My truck is a giant pain to work on but these guys didn’t complain. Communicated everything they saw and advised for work needed. Good group of workers here.

Seems to be an ongoing issue that the manager knows about. They mess up the drain plug/ pan and the owner will not return phone calls. Anything to avoid taking responsibility of the damages that his workers cause. I’m looking at a near $2500 repair due to their incompetence and excuses. It’s been 2 weeks annd counting with no call back. Put in a request call back as well from Valvoline corporate and still nothing. Looks like this location and Valvoline corporate does not care about their customer base.

They broke our oil pan causing us to be without a car until they could fix it. That being our only car we had to find a ride to pick us up in Waxahachie and take us back to Venus where we live and we were late picking up our son from school due to this. Then had to borrow a car the next day to get to work and doctors appointments. Then after all the inconvenience of not having our car for 24 hrs not only did they still charge us full price for the oil change but they had the audacity to ask us to help pay for the replacement oil pan. Will not be taking our car back and definitely would not recommend their services to anyone.

I was one of those customer. I showed up last minute needing to get my oil change so I could go out of town for Christmas. I pulled up and told the man who greeted me Zaid, and he said not a problem he’d do his best! He was great and very helpful. Got me out within 30 minutes or so!

They overfilled the oil which caused it to it to explode. Long story short, had to get it fixed which cost over $600. Spoke with them they won't do anything, the owner will not call us back. We put in a formal complaint but he just does not care. Don't ever use them.

Travis, Zade and the other gentlemen at this location were amazing. Cool, calm, collected and so kind. I had a ridiculous wait at another location with poor staffing and zero answers. So I called the Express Care location to ask if they were open and they let me know they were free and would be waiting for me. They need a raise across the board, honestly, they are not a “corporate” location and you can tell. I got a full oil change and inspection done within 15 minutes. If you want great service and friendly smiles this is the place to go! I won’t give anywhere else my money.
