Arrived 40 mins before closing and one of the workers tells me they are closed. Another workers comes out around the corner and they start laughing while pointing at my truck. This area is full of lazy caribbeans that take zero pride in their work. I’m sure if this was their personal business, they’d be open until midnight. Just more lazy workers collecting a paycheck.

Siempre le hago el mantenimiento a mi carro en ese lugar los dos hombres que trabajan ahí son muy profesionales y hacen su mejor trabajo,su atención es de ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️además te dan lavados de carro gratis en el local yo en verdad ni lo utilizo por que tengo membresía de él car wash.los aceites son de primera calidad y un servicio espectacular para ser un negocio pequeño hacen su mejor esfuerzo y mantienen todo en buenas condiciones para prestar un mejor servicio al cliente.

Place hasn't changed. It's been the same thing for over the past 10 years with just different owner with over inflated prices now $26 for a car wash inside and out when before it was $20 and for the type of wash you might as well get a subscription at the many better car wash options out there and clean the inside of your car yourself which will come out better. They still take care first of the bigger name brand cars like Cadillac Mercedes and BMW before yours. And that is even if you cleaned yours first and this is absolutely not right so unless you don't have a Ferrari, don't come here.

this place is soooo sketch, the guy told me they don’t sell valvoline products because they aren’t a real company, and then he said they don’t take coupons? i’ve never been to a valvoline that doesn’t take their own coupons. he also wanted to drive my car into the bay.. really weird so save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I wish I had taken pictures of the car when it came out of the place but I had to rush to deliver it to the client. What a mistake! The wax was not removed from the rear bumper and I had to take it off with gasoline. Not happy at all with the service

¡¡¡Fui estafado!!! Hace tres días fui a que me le cambiaran el aceite a mi carro, cosa que normalmente yo hago pero estaba en una emergencia y necesitaba que fuese rápido. El técnico que trabaja arriba (de nombre Vladimir según el invoice) "olvidó"colocar el sello del filtro correctamente cuando fue a poner el filtro en su lugar, lo cual provocó que hoy, tres días después mi carro se quedara sin aceite y por muy poco no se me rompió el motor. Resultado: a los 112.95 dólares que tuve que pagarles a esta compañía, le tuve que sumar 40 dólares del nuevo aceite que tuve que comprar en Waltmart, y también la molestia y el mal momento. Moraleja: en lo que me queda de vida ustedes tocan un carro mío, o de mi familia o de mis amigos, porque yo no me creo que un técnico certificado por Valvoline se equivoque con un detalle tan estúpido y a la vez crucial. Para mí, lo hizo con toda intención para que tuviese que regresar y pagar más por el mismo servicio u otro aún más caro. Yo tenía una buena imagen de Valvoline, pero ya veo que todo es puro marketing, al menos en este taller. O sus técnicos son unos inútiles o son unos estafadores. Yo sé sé esto al final no va a resolver nada, pero al menos le advierto a cualquier otro cliente que aquí no venga a resolver su cambio de aceite, porque será estafado y puede regresar a su casa con un problema aún mayor.

Diera las 5 estrellas Sevicio de cambio de aceite. Espectacular. La promo de lavado del carro super. SOLO DEBEN ORGANIZAR PONER UN CONO. PORQ EL QUE TIENE LA PROMOCION DE LAVADO NO PUEDE ENTRAR ANTES QUE EL CLIENTE Q ESTA EN LA FILA Y NO CAMBIO EL ACEITE, EN ESA ENTRADA DEBE HABER UN CONO RESPETO AL PROJIMO AL TIEMPO DE CADA CLIENTE.... Y DE SER ASI LA CHICA DEBE ORGANIZAR ESE PROCESO. GRACIAS POR EL TRATO EN LA OFICINA PARA MI FLIA.

Got the basic wash. Outside only. Cost over 11 dollars after tax and it did a very poor job of cleaning the outside. It was still quite dirty. A gas station car wash would do the same for about 5 bucks. So not really worth the price!

This people has nothing to do with valvoline services, the attention, pricess, everything is different, this is not valvoline is just another place where you can get your oil change and is not express at all.

Great place for a wash and a tune for the car. Prices are not so bad but there's is some staff that are not the best when cleaning your car. I told that last time to who was in charged and they jus brushed it off. But not a bad wash for price

Unfortunately just like everything in Hialeah thats owned or Ran by Cubans, they are thief’s, oil change said $49.99 so u do it, but when u go pay they charge extra for this and the filter is another $10 plus tax what was supposed to be $50 is now $72🤦🏻‍♂️ Scamileah For You

Very happy for the service . I call to make an appointment and the girl answer very nice and polite. When I left my car for the service the workers were very nice and helpful. I feel happy and that is a very good customer service . I even got a complementary car wash. Keep the good work!!

You are better off washing your own car for $13, the price obviously is cheap for an exterior wash but it’s unfortunate when you leave the car wash and you car is still dirty. The people drying the cars have no clue what they are doing.
