Entirely professional and efficient in their work, which included friendly interaction, verifying information, politely asking me to do things needed to achieve the work (turn off, turn on, step out, etc.). While the price may have been a little bit higher than some other places, safety and service were well worth a small price difference.

If I could give Valvoline zero stars, I would. I am never going back. I went in for an oil change and specifically instructed them not to touch my air filter case. Despite this, they ignored my request and broke it. When I confronted them, the manager initially said it wasn’t broken on purpose but later completely backtracked and claimed they didn’t break it at all. They even said they have cameras in the engine bay and claimed to have reviewed the footage, insisting the damage was pre-existing. However, I know for a fact the air filter box had never been touched since we bought the vehicle from a dealership that performed a thorough inspection before selling it to us. On top of that, you can clearly see the fresh breaks on the air filter box from them messing with it. They also told me they couldn’t prove the damage was from them because it was the first time we brought the vehicle in. To make matters worse, they flat-out refuse to pay for the damage they caused and will deny your claims, insisting it was pre-existing. Their excuses are unacceptable, and their customer service is terrible. Save yourself the frustration and take your car somewhere else—unless you want to fix it yourself for the damages they’ll cause to your vehicle!

Very informative and the staff is nice. Jon explained everything as we went along with the inspection and services. Service was incredibly quick and reasonably priced. This was the first time I stayed in the car during services and it was really cool! It was great to hear the communication between the staff and you can tell these folks enjoy their jobs here!

Excellent experience you need to check the one in tramway 2 times they didn’t had synthetic oil, every time I go same guy same result we don’t have synthetic oil, and I don’t believe in coincidences.

Service was fine, but the guy forgot to give me a veteran discount after I showed him my ID. He said he couldn't fix it unless I called customer care. I didn't want to call customer care, so I asked for a gift card. He gave me a coupon for $7 off my next service with the 7 crossed out and a 13 written over it. With a veteran discount, I'll get $13 off a $131 service anyway (as long as the next guy doesn't forget), so that's not really all that helpful.

Very welcoming service. I came in recently for an oil change and to check other fluids, and a tire rotation. The manager with glasses was very helpful. I informed her of a transmission issue i have and I knew they couldn't check my transmission fluid because mine is sealed. And the manager knew that. But she still asked what was wrong with my transmission. This shows she cares, and wants to recommend me and inform me about info which I really appreciate.

While traveling cross country, I found myself in Albuquerque after a freshly completed oil change on the road leaking oil. I am familiar with Valvoline & came to this location first thing the following morning in need of help. The Manager, Johansson, took extra care to look at what was done wrong at the small town auto shop and ensure the problem was not only fixed but all fluids were fully topped off. What would have been a terribly stressful situation was handled with care and thought, and I couldn’t feel better about Valvoline and this location. Very grateful to have found myself here.

I was told to pull aside for a customer that was there I move over to a lane where a truck is getting its rear differential serviced? Had to shut off my car because it took long 30 plus minutes multiple cars went ahead.Bottom dirty

Me and my parents went here for a oil change and they said that there oil pump isn't working and told us to come back in a hour and they closed at 6:00 we will never come back.

Very professional and quick. Emissions test was $26 with tax and easy as can be. You stay in your vehicle and they do what they need to do. One of the best places to go especially since they are so quick. Glad they were able to get it done for me.

Usually hate coming to get my oil changed but the crew here made it easy👌 I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off for once! Devyn, Adam and Yedis were great at letting me know what needed to be done and were so nice! Annd they showed me features about my car I didn't know about 👌 will be back!

Being busy is 1 thing that's understandable. Skipping steps intentionally and acting hard up about it when pressed on the matter is another. If you can't employ English Speaking Employees to communicate with the customer it's a really bad inconvenience and just makes everything awkward when it shouldn't be that way. Normally this place was awesome when the Lady and her Husband worked at this location.

I always get my oil changed and emissions tested at Valvoline! It’s usually not the most pleasant chore getting your oil changed and the dreaded emissions test. Well, Valvoline has attempted to make this activity as comfortable as possible. First, call ahead! They can tell you what the current wait time is. I usually pick mid morning or mid afternoon and have always driven in to an open bay. The service personnel are friendly and have a great attitude! You get to wait in your car while your car is treated to quality service. In addition to the service you arrived for, your car is safety inspected and diagnostic tests such as battery life are completed. The service tech may report issues they find and possibly offer to fix what is wrong, but there is zero sales-pressure. The service tech will also keep you posted on progress. I have not had any remarkable complaints regarding Valvoline, I have been patronizing them for over six years. I never enjoyed their waiting area, but as their service model now allows you to stay in your car, so much the better! Again, call first!

Recently found one far away in Colorado .. Got addicted and found one on my trip all the way down in Albuquerque Nm…. Really nice really fast .. Not shady….. Or Scandalous like most other oil change places …. Drive in chill in your car …. Drive out in a very short time .. They didn’t have the oil filter for my car .. So they ordered one quickly from O Riley’s auto parts store who I also love ……
