While traveling cross country, I found myself in Albuquerque after a freshly completed oil change on the road leaking oil. I am familiar with Valvoline & came to this location first thing the following morning in need of help. The Manager, Johansson, took extra care to look at what was done wrong at the small town auto shop and ensure the problem was not only fixed but all fluids were fully topped off. What would have been a terribly stressful situation was handled with care and thought, and I couldn’t feel better about Valvoline and this location. Very grateful to have found myself here.

I was told to pull aside for a customer that was there I move over to a lane where a truck is getting its rear differential serviced? Had to shut off my car because it took long 30 plus minutes multiple cars went ahead.Bottom dirty

Me and my parents went here for a oil change and they said that there oil pump isn't working and told us to come back in a hour and they closed at 6:00 we will never come back.

Very professional and quick. Emissions test was $26 with tax and easy as can be. You stay in your vehicle and they do what they need to do. One of the best places to go especially since they are so quick. Glad they were able to get it done for me.

These guys are so slow! I've been to other valvolines in Albuquerque and they don't take this long. I'm not exactly sure what is the holdup here?

Usually hate coming to get my oil changed but the crew here made it easy👌 I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off for once! Devyn, Adam and Yedis were great at letting me know what needed to be done and were so nice! Annd they showed me features about my car I didn't know about 👌 will be back!

Being busy is 1 thing that's understandable. Skipping steps intentionally and acting hard up about it when pressed on the matter is another. If you can't employ English Speaking Employees to communicate with the customer it's a really bad inconvenience and just makes everything awkward when it shouldn't be that way. Normally this place was awesome when the Lady and her Husband worked at this location.

I always get my oil changed and emissions tested at Valvoline! It’s usually not the most pleasant chore getting your oil changed and the dreaded emissions test. Well, Valvoline has attempted to make this activity as comfortable as possible. First, call ahead! They can tell you what the current wait time is. I usually pick mid morning or mid afternoon and have always driven in to an open bay. The service personnel are friendly and have a great attitude! You get to wait in your car while your car is treated to quality service. In addition to the service you arrived for, your car is safety inspected and diagnostic tests such as battery life are completed. The service tech may report issues they find and possibly offer to fix what is wrong, but there is zero sales-pressure. The service tech will also keep you posted on progress. I have not had any remarkable complaints regarding Valvoline, I have been patronizing them for over six years. I never enjoyed their waiting area, but as their service model now allows you to stay in your car, so much the better! Again, call first!

Recently found one far away in Colorado .. Got addicted and found one on my trip all the way down in Albuquerque Nm…. Really nice really fast .. Not shady….. Or Scandalous like most other oil change places …. Drive in chill in your car …. Drive out in a very short time .. They didn’t have the oil filter for my car .. So they ordered one quickly from O Riley’s auto parts store who I also love ……

Went for an oil change. 3 Bays were open with 3 cars already getting serviced and 2 cars waiting. We proceeded to the center bay that did not have a line and waited for an employee to direct us further. In past experience oil changes take 20-30min max. We saw the right and left bay complete and bring the new car in assuming surly we would be moving in soon. Another set off cars came in and out. After waiting for 45minutes we asked if the vehicle in front of us would be done soon as we had been in line and skipped twice because of the bay we were waiting in. The employee simply stated they were almost done. After another 15 minutes we left without the oil change.

Very very poor customer service, they are extremely rude did not say hello and made me feel uncomfortable with the aditude and man handling my vehicle once I told them I would go elsewhere I'm disgusting with the service from (YAZZIE) he should learn his manners I wouldn't recommend getting your oil change or any services at this location.

This is a good place near my home for regular car maintenance, such as tire rotation and battery change, not only oil change. The staff is professional and collaborating to complete the work. Some other reasons I like to take my car here: 1) they open 7 days a week; 2) a coupon for oil change can be bought in Groupon app always; 3) you drive in and can stay in your car during the oil change.

Everyone at this station took great care of my vehicle, were prompt and efficient throughout the inspection/oil change process. Shout out to Michael for hanging and talking with me while I was waiting. I'll definitely be returning. Thanks guys!
