Don't know how to check oil. They say they check the oil but they don't. And when they do they tighten the oil cap too tight where it leaks. Won't be back!

Awesome service. The super pretty Helen Hunt looking chick and Christian serviced my truck. Very kind. Very friendly. Very informative. Very professional. The pit crew was fast. Comming here for an oil change from now on.

Fast and professional! We just purchased used car and they were able to help us navigate correct oil and the computer system. The car lit did not install new filters and they helped us replace them.

I am not big on giving reviews. However, this experience was more worthy.This is my new oil change shop. The people working here display great professionalism and take pride is their work as well as their interaction with the customers (you wait in your car while they perform the oil change). Chase is the assistant manager. He leads through his example with respect for his coworkers and confidence in their abilities. Great work and great value here at this location.

No waiting. Knowledgeable staff. Young men and women working together with a professional demeanor of Camaraderie. Very impressed with a drive through service station. I have found a station that I will keep coming back to. I will refer friends and family to this station. Prices are very reasonable and actually cheaper than their local competitor.

The employees were extremely efficient, they all worked in perfect harmony. No pressure to buy anything. I was out of there so fast, which I appreciated because I was on my lunch break.

Went in for a much needed oil change. Staff is friendly and wonderful with their customer service. I’m often nervous to get car stuff done being a woman and I worry that I’ll get upsold on things I don’t need or misled on things I don’t know a lot about. I don’t have to worry about that here though! They do have techs that are women so it’s a much more comfortable experience for me. I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change!

This is not my first visit at this or other NM Valvoline Insant Oil Change locations. Their system or protocol to perform service on people's vehicles is great! I have not had a bad experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Sometimes they are very busy but still are very professional, informative and hospitable. I recommend all of their services. The pricing is good, and their service is very well performed! They ask clearly and with respect if I needed wiperblades. They showed me the air filter and left the decision up to me with no pressure. Great place to get your vehicle serviced!

Arrived @ Menaul location to find they didn’t have & were unable to get an oil filter for my 2015 Volvo V70XC. They sent me to their San Mateo location where they refused to drain the oil & would only vacuum it out despite me explaining that that method leaves 2 quarts in the engine. This I know from experience. Wasted hours won’t return.

Very unprofessional. Also the store manager Michael was yelling at my mother about their mistake they reuse oil filters if they don't have the oil filter, and instead of doing the job they will rather call the cops. Just reminding everyone about my issue before you come to this location

Super happy with the service. Friendly and curious. The one guy who did the paperwork could have been a bit more enthusiastic. I'll definitely go back though regardless.
