I have become a fan on Valvoline Instant Oil Change! Not that I wasn't before, however I have visited three different locations in Albuquerque and the service was impeccable at all three stores! I take my Toyota, Ford and Buick for my needed maintenance. It has been a pleasure to visit, and leave with full confidence that the job was done correctly.

Survey Comment: The customer service was beyond excellent. I was asked if I had any questions, I said yes. I asked how do I take my mileage down and track it? The service gentleman was kind enough to ask permission to touch my steering wheel and the buttons to show me. He was not in a hurry. He was very kind and considerate. All of them were. Thank you all again. Excellent customer service is few these days. I highly recommend coming here for an oil change. 5 plus stars!

The gentleman who was conducting the questions and inputing the information at the computer he was very professional very detailed and he knew what he was doing very very precise , he let me see what oil my jeep took on my choices

I got there at about 11:30 am and there was a smiley, friendly young woman asking me what I needed. I asked her name and said Maria. She was very knowledgeable and ready to help me . She explained the difference between synthetic blend and synthetic oil. She was able to find a coupon for me and reset my truck oil mileage to 0. She deserves a raise and is a valuable employee. The other guys were friendly too.

Do not go to this Valvoline, I went to this location on 8/26/24 and was charged $270 for an oil change and transmission flush on my 1998 rav4, and they put 7.4 quarts of transmission fluid in my car which only holds about 3.5 quarts. I don't know how they even managed to do that.. but anyway they didn't tell me until after the work that they aren't liable for transmissions that have more than 60k miles. That same day after I left Valvoline my car was pouring out transmission fluid, to the point it was nearly empty by the time I got home, I called and told them and they just said sorry, we're not liable for anything, I took it to a transmission shop and they said it would cost at least 3k to fix the damage, I ended up having to scrap the car and got around the same money for it as i just spent on "service" and diagnostics. So please do not go to this Valvoline.

There was no wait time. The staff was friendly and professional. They explained everything to my satisfaction. I spent less than 30 minutes getting the oil changed and fluids topped off. Thank you to Patrick and his team.

Expect $99.99 when you drive up for your car/truck my f150 was 99.99 it took almost 9 quarts. My new vehicle took 5 quarts and it was also $99 not sure why most cars are that price the same oil they put in both vehicles. you can buy 5 quarts of valvoline for 36.99 and the filter is maybe $15. but you have to consider what you’re driving up to you get to sit inside your vehicle and maybe 10 minutes your oil is changed This is a drive up oil change, hardly a wait time maybe expect 30 minutes if the line is long but it’s not bad if youre away from your tools and you need an oil change, like I did today.

I had a horrible experience at Valvoline. I went in for an oil change, and my car gave out on me just 15 minutes after I left. When I called to report the issue, Mariah was incredibly rude and unhelpful, telling me there was nothing she could do to assist me. However, Gabriel and Aidan were a different story. They were extremely helpful, respectful, and informative. Despite the poor management, with Patrick Miller being no help at all and letting his employees handle an issue he should have stepped in to resolve, Gabriel and Aidan managed to turn a bad situation around as best as they could. Unfortunately, my car gave out on me again the next day, and I had to sell it. I can't recommend Valvoline due to the lack of support from the management, but I'm grateful for the assistance I received from Gabriel and Aidan.

If I could give zero stars I would. Enjoy you're basic job. Super hot day 100+ Temp, tried to lighten the day asking the staff to smile Since we pulled into there store. Told please leave by manger and told inappropriate to ask a women to smile although all staff was addressed. LIGHTEN UP Princess!!!!! YOU' RE NOT ALL THAT!!!! Just trying to make you're day better, smiles are free and can turn someone's day around. Next time another store or business. Do not go to this store this one is RUDE!!!! Lesson learned not to come to this store unless you want horrible customer service. ALBUQUERQUE,NM San Mateo Blvd.

Excellent service. Been getting oil changes with them for years. It's always fast with rarely any waiting and I'm out in 20 minutes. They have the process down to a science. They check/fill your tires for free and rotate them for $20 if you want. I've been to the one at Tramway and Central and also San Mateo. Costs about $110. Highly recommended!!
