I took my Cadillac to get an oil change before going out of town. While getting my oil change they put oil in my turbo. Once I turned on my car. The shop filled up with smoke. We then had it towed out of there where a mechanic gave us a $3000 fix. Which Vavoline refuses to pay for. This cause caused us to get loans, higher lawyers and miss work. Do not go here!

It was alright kinda felt misled in the sales transaction. Bought a Groupon oil change 39.99, for 20.00 off, but ended up paying 79.99 for semi synthetic blend, just that while transaction was confusing. That's why I felt misled.

I have become a fan on Valvoline Instant Oil Change! Not that I wasn't before, however I have visited three different locations in Albuquerque and the service was impeccable at all three stores! I take my Toyota, Ford and Buick for my needed maintenance. It has been a pleasure to visit, and leave with full confidence that the job was done correctly.

Survey Comment: The customer service was beyond excellent. I was asked if I had any questions, I said yes. I asked how do I take my mileage down and track it? The service gentleman was kind enough to ask permission to touch my steering wheel and the buttons to show me. He was not in a hurry. He was very kind and considerate. All of them were. Thank you all again. Excellent customer service is few these days. I highly recommend coming here for an oil change. 5 plus stars!

I got there at about 11:30 am and there was a smiley, friendly young woman asking me what I needed. I asked her name and said Maria. She was very knowledgeable and ready to help me . She explained the difference between synthetic blend and synthetic oil. She was able to find a coupon for me and reset my truck oil mileage to 0. She deserves a raise and is a valuable employee. The other guys were friendly too.

Do not go to this Valvoline, I went to this location on 8/26/24 and was charged $270 for an oil change and transmission flush on my 1998 rav4, and they put 7.4 quarts of transmission fluid in my car which only holds about 3.5 quarts. I don't know how they even managed to do that.. but anyway they didn't tell me until after the work that they aren't liable for transmissions that have more than 60k miles. That same day after I left Valvoline my car was pouring out transmission fluid, to the point it was nearly empty by the time I got home, I called and told them and they just said sorry, we're not liable for anything, I took it to a transmission shop and they said it would cost at least 3k to fix the damage, I ended up having to scrap the car and got around the same money for it as i just spent on "service" and diagnostics. So please do not go to this Valvoline.

There was no wait time. The staff was friendly and professional. They explained everything to my satisfaction. I spent less than 30 minutes getting the oil changed and fluids topped off. Thank you to Patrick and his team.

I had a horrible experience at Valvoline. I went in for an oil change, and my car gave out on me just 15 minutes after I left. When I called to report the issue, Mariah was incredibly rude and unhelpful, telling me there was nothing she could do to assist me. However, Gabriel and Aidan were a different story. They were extremely helpful, respectful, and informative. Despite the poor management, with Patrick Miller being no help at all and letting his employees handle an issue he should have stepped in to resolve, Gabriel and Aidan managed to turn a bad situation around as best as they could. Unfortunately, my car gave out on me again the next day, and I had to sell it. I can't recommend Valvoline due to the lack of support from the management, but I'm grateful for the assistance I received from Gabriel and Aidan.
