This team was fantastic, the assistant manager, and the whole team were very respectful and got everything done as quickly as they were able to, I brought two different vehicles to get serviced and they both got them Done very quickly, I would highly recommend and I will definitely be using this for my personal and business vehicles

I have liked Valvoline for several years now. But I went for my usual oil change and arrived just before they opened. As they pulled up the bay doors, a tech came out, I told him why I was there, and he replied, "OK, go ahead into Bay 2 and we'll get you taken care of." I drove up to Bay 2, and while I have always had a tech guide me in, there was no one there that day. I mistakenly took that to mean for me to go ahead and carefully drive in. As I got about halfway, another guy shouted at me, rushed over and began to angrily chew me up one side and down the other. He shouted about how I had nearly caused a huge problem and there's a "great big sign" out front and "you were supposed to wait", and "now you can just back up and drive in here again!" I realized I messed up and misunderstood what the first tech said, but I highly resent this dude yelling at me in front of everyone and berating me. I, as a customer, deserve an apology but I know I won't get one. I will take my business elsewhere.

Don’t care about the customer . Change battery and did not fix problem . Had to move vehicle to parking spot on neutral . When the gentleman asked where he should help me move the car, someone from inside said , that’s not my problem . The gentleman then told him well I making it your problem .

I've been taking my car to this Valvoline location for the last two years and I'm always greeted and treated with professionalism, respect and a friendly attitude by the staff. Service of course is always quick and efficient so I can get on with my day.

They don't close til 6pm but they wanted to close early so they told me they couldn't do my car AFTER getting me over the pit .... all to close an hour early

Whole crew was great! Manager was great! Rolled up his sleeves & got the A/C charged on my truck! Gave me all the stats on what they took out for old & how much new was put into system! Very professional crew & accomodating! THE BEST!! 5 stars 🌟

The gentleman with pink hair was rude seemed like he did not want to have customers go get oil changes like it was an inconvenience for him. So we went to a different location to get an oil change.

The staff is incredibly kind and they have their stuff together. Incredibly productive and kept me in the loop the entire time. Tyler was especially professional and took care of me the entire time. Definitely recommend.

These guys were great. It is so nice to drive in, stay in your vehicle, get the oil change done, and then go. They did offer additional services, but didn't seem to be high pressure. Can't blame them for upselling a little.

This is a better place to get your vehicle serviced. Brttr than Jiify Lube. They do AC service as well. You stay in your car. I can hive examples why it is better. Technically, I think it starys with hiring car peoplr. Actual automotive profesdionals.

Very professional and friendly service done quickly and at a good price. I was not upsold like many of these services try to do. I wanted an oil change only and that's what I got. They notified me other recommendations but that was the end of the sales pitch. I will definitely be back.

Went in for an oil change today. Waited patiently only for the technicians to jump another customer in front of me when I arrived first. I asked the tech why this occurred and his response was "the [other car] was here first". The tech refused to even acknowledge the possibility that the tech was wrong. Problem is I have it all on dash cam video (now downloaded to my computer) disproving the tech's assertion that the other driver was there first. Due to privacy concerns (license plates) I will not post the videos here. The oil change was fine, but the customer service failed. Pay better attention, tone down the arrogance (especially when you are provably wrong) and do better.

I recently visited this location for an oil change, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Tyler, Preston, Jonny, and the entire staff were absolutely amazing. Their professionalism and efficiency made the whole process smooth and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, everyone was courteous and attentive, ensuring my car was well taken care of. Visit on 6/24/24. $99 for full synthetic. Stayed in my car and whole process took 10-15 minutes. The techs were friendly, thorough and efficient. They have a system of checks they do, call out everything they are doing, and double check each other’s work. I would definitely go back for the next oil change

Hands down THE BEST PLACE IN ALL OF NM!! I would recommend this place to anybody driving a vehicle!! Its a 4-5 man team and they are so efficient!
