Whole crew was great! Manager was great! Rolled up his sleeves & got the A/C charged on my truck! Gave me all the stats on what they took out for old & how much new was put into system! Very professional crew & accomodating! THE BEST!! 5 stars 🌟

The gentleman with pink hair was rude seemed like he did not want to have customers go get oil changes like it was an inconvenience for him. So we went to a different location to get an oil change.

The staff is incredibly kind and they have their stuff together. Incredibly productive and kept me in the loop the entire time. Tyler was especially professional and took care of me the entire time. Definitely recommend.

These guys were great. It is so nice to drive in, stay in your vehicle, get the oil change done, and then go. They did offer additional services, but didn't seem to be high pressure. Can't blame them for upselling a little.

This is a better place to get your vehicle serviced. Brttr than Jiify Lube. They do AC service as well. You stay in your car. I can hive examples why it is better. Technically, I think it starys with hiring car peoplr. Actual automotive profesdionals.

Very professional and friendly service done quickly and at a good price. I was not upsold like many of these services try to do. I wanted an oil change only and that's what I got. They notified me other recommendations but that was the end of the sales pitch. I will definitely be back.

Went in for an oil change today. Waited patiently only for the technicians to jump another customer in front of me when I arrived first. I asked the tech why this occurred and his response was "the [other car] was here first". The tech refused to even acknowledge the possibility that the tech was wrong. Problem is I have it all on dash cam video (now downloaded to my computer) disproving the tech's assertion that the other driver was there first. Due to privacy concerns (license plates) I will not post the videos here. The oil change was fine, but the customer service failed. Pay better attention, tone down the arrogance (especially when you are provably wrong) and do better.

I recently visited this location for an oil change, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Tyler, Preston, Jonny, and the entire staff were absolutely amazing. Their professionalism and efficiency made the whole process smooth and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, everyone was courteous and attentive, ensuring my car was well taken care of. Visit on 6/24/24. $99 for full synthetic. Stayed in my car and whole process took 10-15 minutes. The techs were friendly, thorough and efficient. They have a system of checks they do, call out everything they are doing, and double check each other’s work. I would definitely go back for the next oil change

I have token my cars here for years. Went yesterday to take my daughter’s car that we just got her. It’s a bit of unique of a car but not for this type of epic fail. I called before hand to make sure that they had the oil filter for a 2005 Saab 9-2X. And they did but here is how bad of techs they have there. They somehow mistakenly drained my transmission fluid and refilled my oil without draining it. And let us leave like that. So the oil was double filled and the transmission was dry. So my daughter tried to pull out and the car gave her problems not wanting to move. We pulled out of the Valvoline parking lot and I switched to drive the car and it wouldn’t move. So we pulled back in and the guy asked what was wrong. About 30 minutes later they were able to pull us in and that’s when they figured out that the guy that drained the oil didnt actually drain the oil but drained my transmission fluid. I hold both the tech that either didn’t know what he was doing or was disgruntled and purposely drained the wrong fluid and also the guy on top that refilled the oil. He should of totally snapped that it was obviously way overfilled. All I can say is I pray that this didn’t ruin my daughter’s car. The manager was nice and said to drive the car and if gave us problems to bring it back. I hope that holds true if this causes us issues. It’s my daughter’s first car and all we were trying to do is get her car going with a fresh oil change. Also I am a small business owner so I know how these ratings hurt. And I am not one to write one of these reviews but honestly just be cautious.

Went in today for oil change. They pulled the transmission plug and double filled the oil on my car. Drove out and wasn’t working , ofc with no trans fluid. Came back and they fixed the problem and refunded us for everything , and next oil change free. Inconvenient and easily avoidable but problem solved.

I went in for an oil change. They removed my air filter and did not properly reattch the cover causing a mass airflow into my engine at 6:00pm at night. A HUGE danger to myself and my children as the vehicle started to idle extremely rough at intersections and stop signs and ultimately stalling and jerking on the road. I had to Uber myself and my children home and I had the vehicle towed back to Valvoline at 8 am. Missed out on work. My children missed school. My only vehicle out of commission over such a silly thing! The engine started sounding WAY better once they reattached the cover but now I have a check engine light lighting up my dash that Valvoline wants to take no responsibility for and I am left to pay and waste more of my time and money all because I went in for an Oil change and something as silly as them not securing something back how they found it!! So upsetting. You try to take your car to the "professionals" and this is what happens.

Whatever you do, do not take your truck to this particular Valvoline.. Idiots I will say it again idiots!!!!! Incompetent idiots put the wrong differential fluid in my dodge ram and nearly cost me my 40k truck!!! These people do not know what they are doing... If you care about your vehicle take it somewhere else..
