This location has earned my business because they don't change my oil if it is still clean and doesn't need it, the prices are good (better than Jiffy Lube!) and discounts are offered. The staff are all very friendly and appear to be quite knowledgeable too.

Today I went to get an oil change and I decided to try somewhere new so I picked this Valvoline. As the mechanics were running the tests they said my right tail light was out and they could change if I wanted and I said yes. My car takes full synthetic oil and they told me the price was going to be $99. It was a little shocking for me since I usually pay $60 at Walmart and the guy explained to me the price difference because I was a little confused, but nonetheless I was still going to pay. He also assumed I didn’t want my tailight changed because of the price of the oil change which was really odd to me so I said I still wanted it changed. They unfortunately could not fix the taillight because the cover was broken which was okay. As he’s ringing me up, he sounded shocked when my card was approved. This whole situation was very odd to me and I’m not sure if it’s because I drive an older car or if it was because of my race, but that should not determine how much money someone may have. The whole experience was honestly very upsetting and a little humiliating for him to be acting like that towards me.

PRICE and False Advertisement. My wife went here with a half off oil change coupon. Attendant said they don't have that type of oil that is mentioned in coupon. She asked for the cheapest oil change and he said he would give $10 off. They charged over $100 for the cheapest oil change. We will NEVER go back.

So my last oil change these guy did not drain the old oil out of my car and I did take it to the enchanted hills location after the oil change on the golf course location to have them look at it! But my car wa super hot took almost a full day to cool off before taking it to enchanted hills location where they drained some oil and put new oil filter on. I was told my oil was low but yes because my car wa so damn hot it burned the oil. Anyway I had oil stains all over my engine and I am Sure oil got into my spark plugs because my car does not idle good and it get too hot now!!! I know golf course location damaged my car and I know after month has gone by my car is not running like it should because they never drained the oil and added the new oil and caused my engine to basically over heat and damaged things because of the heat and the hot from the summer heat does not help

Great service. I love that you don’t have to get out of your car. The only down side is they don’t take appointments and it gets very busy. I would recommend going a little before opening that way you don’t have to wait that long.

Visited the Golf Course location to get an emissions test, and they were out of paper, so they couldn't perform the test. They said they should have it the next day. I called the next day to see if they were performing emissions testing yet, and they said, "Yes, they were good to go." I go there and then wait behind the cars in the bays, and no one acknowledges me for 25 minutes, never mind the fact that there were 4 techs there. When they finally do acknowledgeme, they guide me into the bay and ask what I'm there for. I told the tech I needed an emissions test, and he said they can't do them they are out of ink. I explained that I called 40 min before, and I was told that they were"good to go" and to bring my car down. So, you were out of paper yesterday, and today, you're out of ink. He said sorry there was nothing he could do. I'm very disappointed with their communication. They didn't acknowledge me when I pulled up. They don't communicate with each other to let each other know what services are available and what aren't, they are giving bad information to the customer, waisting an hour and 20 min of my time across 2 days. Get it together, guys! I don't recommend this Valvoline location if you value your time.

I went in last week for an oil change. I’ve been taking my cars here for years, it’s normally great. This time I asked for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. The technician did his best to talk me out of a tire rotation and due to his reluctance I did not feel confident having them do it, So I stuck with the oil change. The oil change was quick, maybe a little too quick, so as I was driving out I asked the technician if the all filters looked good, (normally they try to upsell you on so many things) He Said they all looked great and gave two thumbs up! I still felt a little weird about it so I decided to check the filters myself. Much to my dismay the cabin filters are filthy, they are full of leaves and debris. Shame on you, Valvoline! I will be paying extra at Honda from now on!

This location is great. I have only had super nice people and no issues. You can't blame a store for being busy, just come back another time if the line is long. They are busting it to get everyone in and some cars/Karens/Chads are harder than others.

Did not air up one of my tires drove home with almost flat then the (manager) kid wanted to argue with me I had to explain to the kid putting air where to find psi rating on tire he said he has never seen that should had been my first clue to leave the just hire anyone if they new anything about cars probably would not be changing oil so if you value you car do not take here
