This place is unlike the other Valvoline instant oil change places. They weren't very detailed at all. They never checked my lights as other locations do. I didn't receive a recommended next oil change sticker. They didn't check all my fluids only the oil and windshield wiper fluid. Then they didn't put my air filter housing unit back together properly.

Customer service is great. They greet you and explain what they are doing. They ask if you want to do any add ons and the value of it. They show you the condition of the filters and your battery leve from the comfort of your car.

Frankly, theyre a little slower than Jiffy Lube, and I dont think they do the free fluid top-offs. But with an online coupon, they did give a better price on full synthetic than JL would have with a coupon. Got me in without any wait (Monday at lunch time). Thoroughly professional. I would use them again.

I was very impressed! The guys were quick, courteous and VERY HELPFUL! I had many questions because of previous bad experiences. The Assistant manager, Jordan, and Associate Aidan were patient and knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else than here from now on!

Super fast, super friendly, no BS upselling! You get to stay in your car which makes it quicker and you get to see the whole process. Definitely would recommend for oil changes and I will be back!

A few days after getting an oil changed a check engine light showed up. After taking it to a mechanic I was told my air box wasn’t closed and connecting hose was ripped. These guys down at Valvoline just rip these air filters out of your car. I Will not be coming back.

Great service from a well trained team! After 3 trips to the Round Rock location where they were unable to properly re-secure my skid plate, the tech here was able to get me on the road in 20 minutes with no issue.

I alway come to this location because the staff is friendly and very thorough. It is always a challenge coming to any auto shop as a female out of fear of being overcharged, but I’ve never add this experience at this location. Each time I manage to get Edmundo as my service tech; He is the best! There have been times when I came by for services that I thought was needed and he was honest enough to tell me that wasn’t necessary. For this reason, they have gained a loyal customer. Paul and his team were extremely helpful today when my car experienced overheating today! I recently got an oil change here at which point my oil stick broke (old plastic) and Paul ordered a new one for me at no cost. I’ll be getting the new one installed soon; there were a few other parts under my hood today (held my air filter) that were funky/misshapen that he reconnected correctly. I went ahead and got a new air filter put in and hopefully that helps with the overheating I was dealing with. All in all, my boyfriend and I are extremely grateful for Paul and won’t go anywhere else for an oil change/other basic engine stuff. I heavily recommend this location!!!

This visit was great. They can be trusted with state inspections. Just don’t let them do anything service-wise. They ruined my rear differential when I had them service it. Outside of an oil change or inspection they are competency level zero.
