Mr. John R. demonstrated exceptional customer service during his interaction with me. He provided detailed explanations at a measured pace, ensuring my thorough understanding of the matter at hand. A few years ago, an individual servicing my cabin filter inadvertently left the glove compartment disassembled. Consequently, it has been swinging open ever since. Mr. John R. located one of the missing components and successfully reinstalled it, resolving the issue. It is noteworthy that this is the first time such a comprehensive repair has been performed during my visits to your establishment, despite the fact that the initial oversight occurred on your premises. I have consistently mentioned this issue to your staff. I am delighted that Mr. John R. has been assigned to this location on North Chester Avenue. My experience with him was exceptionally positive, and I sincerely hope that he remains a permanent member of your team so that others may benefit from his exceptional expertise, care, and patience.

I brought my car here twice for an oil change. First time was ok. Second time i was pushed to buy several items which I felt the car needed. After the service my car started acting strange. Lights coming on and car not running right. I took my vehicle to the dealership. They discovered that during service here, my service function indicator light was not reset and that the incorrect plug and oil filter was not used. They could have destroyed my car and nearly did. I am out alot of money for LYFT and rentals. They were polite and fast. I am sorry but I can’t come back.

After reading all these reviews. I decided to do my own oil change 😮‍💨 I did go to Val voline on Columbus once and they stripped my drain plug 🔩 🤦‍♂️ me n my bro had to replace the whole oil pan

I just visited this store today and was treated with disrespect by their Senior Service Technician. Additionally, she disregarded my suggestion to check the windshield wipers again and tried to tell me they needed to be replaced but they were less than 2 months old. She was rude and acted like it was inconvenient for me to get my oil changed and service the headlight. I would not recommend going to this location.

Like the staying in my car option, I'm one of those guys that doesnt trust others working on there car I usually do all work on my cars except for oil changes because it's about the same to pay them for a great job.....

Wouldnt chg my oil bc of piggy back drain plug they installed and had already chg once after it was installed. Was doing for mother. They still checked my tires and current fluid levels . They should have asked me to sign waiver bc if they installed it right its not a problem

I have had oil changes here before with no problems. I had an oil change done at a different Valvoline location and noticed rattling afterwards. I went to this location to have it checked. They told me it was heat shield was loose that all of the bolts etc were tighten etc and it was nothing any Valvoline employee did. I took it to an independent mechanic and rattling was caused by the missing tree clips from where the oil pan area is. That's fine mistakes happen things break, but it would have been cool if they would have been honest about it. So because of the dishonesty Valvoline has lost my business.

I thought I would go here because the dealership takes all day and I needed an oil change asap! I was given a $10 off coupon when I called for a price quote. It cost me more at Valvoline than it would have cost me at the dealership than AFTER the service was provided I was informed that my "Service Now" alert on my car couldn't be reset and that only the dealership can do that which is not true. Worst experience ever and total waste of money
