These guys are the best, they are knowledgeable, courteous, and answered all my questions. They did not pressure me to buy anything, they reccommended only. This is my favorite spot to get my oil change done at.

Couldn’t find the right filter. Upcharged me twice. Took over an hour. Waited 20 minutes for the manager to check the oil level after the techs were done. After the third time I asked for him, I finally had to close my own hood and leave

I used to go to Valvoline all the time and a friend had me go to elsewhere for my oil change the last two times. By the time I was supposed to go back, I had no oil in my car. I drove straight to Valvo and they took care of me and treated me like family

Stopped in and asked for wait time because I have an appointment. The said 30 minutes. Ha, that is what he said last time. I waited in line ten minutes and the two cars ahead of had moved. The car directly in front of me had three guys looking under the dashboard trying to figure something out. Backed out and drove some where else. Unsure if they know what their are doing. Plus lied about service time.

These guys are quick and helpful. It's a favorite of mine for oil changes. They even helped me save the used oil filter for personal reasons due to bad service at another auto body shop. Thank you crew at Valvoline, always appreciate your service!

I came in to the Rosedale Valvoline shop. The service was very good the workmanship was very good. I came in for a full synthetic oil change I received that also a cabin filter change is well as a differential and transmission service they did a wonderful job of all these services!

Normally very wary of these quick lube places, but this place was right by my home and i was overdue. Price is great. Changed the oil on my 2019 f150, staff was friendly, checked for leaks by asking to start for a few minutes after the oil change. Overall very satisfied, will be bringing my pickup there again. I will say, the coupon really helped sway me, but it isn’t that great of a deal if you have a euro car or something special.

I always receive excellent service here, employees are consistently quick and professional. Desiree was so kind, she did an amazing job of walking me through the process. James, the assistant manager, was also great ensuring my oil change was performed properly and guiding me out of the stall! I recommend this location! :)

Took my car in on a Wednesday for a simple oil change. Today is Friday and we noticed a good amount of oil underneath the car. Probably a few quarts. If they can correct this, I will change the rating but I can’t believe this happened. There’s no way I would drive the car without any oil in it. This has happened on my wife’s Tahoe three times. And on my Dodge ram TRX once. I don’t know why they can’t put the drain plug or filter incorrectly.
