The oil change is always a quick, first-class experience. The staff is friendly and efficient. I hardly ever have to wait long to get service and then i am in and out. I always recommend going to Valvoline.

I had my oil changed and tec sold me on a 20$ fuel system cleaner. 30 miles after additve was added to my gas tank my car started misfiring and check engine light came on and car was not driveable. I had to tow my car to a mechanic shop which diagnostic was contaminated fuel. Now the manager at valvoline is pushing back and giving me the run around and doesn't seem willing to cover mechanic shop charges .Very frustrating very inconvenient.

I love this place! They help me keep the upkeep of my car on time quickly and easily. They even have windshield wipers! It gives me confidence to know everything is inspected and running properly. Friendly staff and fast service. Very happy costumer.

They did a great job overall but they did not refill my windshield washer fluid which was empty. I don’t know of they checked the other fluids they normally do. I will try to talk to them next time

They have great service they work on your car quickly and they don't pressure you to spend more than you need to. Love that about them

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! Came into this location, as always, for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After the service was done, the technician told me that one of my lug nuts was stripped, as well as the stud it was on. Then the technician handed me the stripped lug nut and told me that if I went to take care of the stripped lug nut and stud on my own, they could reimburse me. First of all, I came in with a completely fine set of lug nuts and studs but ended up leaving with 4 out of the 5 lug nuts and a stripped stud. This place doesn't know what they are doing. They hire untrained employees and technicians who are NOT mechanically inclined. Completely unprofessional! Absolutely, I WILL NOT RETURN!

15min oil change that took 47min to do??? That does not include the wait to pull into the bay. I have seen 3 people do this service under 15 min. They had a crew of 7 at this place.

Been here three times now. Each time was very quick. Staff was friendly and professional. They do offer additional services with the oil change, however I did not feel any pressure to have them done.

I always come here for my oil changes. I’ve never had a poor experience and love the convenience. Today I left a bit worried because the top side tech seemed to have no idea what she was doing. They had to soak the bottom of my car in degreaser because the oil made a mess when they drained it. She hooked up the battery tester to the wrong terminals at first and had to show the oil dipstick to her coworker to make sure it was good. They said they’d fill up the tires to 35psi and they then overinflated to 40psi. Very nice people but today I left a little underwhelmed and worried. I’ll have to keep a look out for leaks and any potential problems. I’ll still come here but today left me concerned about how they train. We are all new at some point but this was scary.
