Had an issue because my oil filter was not something that they stock. Got oil filter and they installed. Charged $1 and gave 15% discount. Will plan to call ahead. Useful if you use extended life versions

Fastest place to go and get and oil change... they check windshield wipers, tire pressure and some other stuff.. coupons for oil change instantly online professional and helpful employees.. great experience each time I come here.

I came for veterans day to get the 50 percent off that you advertised. When I asked about the special the employee said I need to see if we have your oil filter in stalk. He then told me they did not have it but would have it tomorrow but the would not honor the discount because it would no longer be veterans day. Sounds like bullshit and they just didn’t want to honor the deal advertised!

I love this place. When I moved here, I was so frustrated by other places requiring an appointment, then telling me it would be 5+ hours to a day to do a simple oil change. These guys are great. Took <20 minutes, even with a car in front of me. They didn't give me a pushy laundry list of things I had to get fixed, but walked me through each one, and were honest about if it was urgent or could wait until the next servicing. 10/10.

I visited this location on O'Donnell St and was amazed at the great customer service! They helped me with an oil change and replaced my air filters. I get really anxious about taking care of my car, but they made me feel so comfortable because they took the time to calmly and patiently explain everything to me. I really appreciated it! I would highly recommend this location.

They forgot to put on my wheel cover cap, and the oil filter was overly tightened and leak oil. 100% would never come back.

You shouldn’t have to fix and finish their work when you get home. I noticed oil dripping all over the ground when I got back from the service. When they took the oil filter off they let it pool up on the frame and skid plate. I had to clean that up and in the process found their cut in half valvoline oil container inside my engine bay. They used it to hold the screws they took off while working on my car. I got my battery replaced and they didn’t bracket it down properly so it came undone and was free floating. Later on I walked by my car (still originally parked from the service) and when they checked my tire pressure they put my tire cap on wrong and the front passenger tire was completely deflated. Going to this place was a mistake. Some of the simplest car maintenance you can get done and they were unable to do any of it properly. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve never had an issue. The mechanics are always polite and helpful. They never try to oversell the services, but they do give recommendations. Valvoline always has coupons to save money.

The team here in Canton helped me with my oil change and fuel system service and were incredibly kind and helpful. This was my first oil change not only at valvoline but in general on my own and they guided me through everything with ease. Super super friendly staff! Extremely happy with the service and will be coming back
