I was in my car the whole time instead of waiting in an office or out in the cold, staff are super friendly, service is super fast and the approach to selling more services is not aggressive so I was happy to get more done than I initially came to the shop for.

We waited about 10 min no issues. Pulled in to get started. Hood up. Oil out. And then we get informed that they have no oil filters. I have NO CLUE how an oil change place has NO OIL FILTERS!!! like come on y’all. You should have done ur inventory before bringing customers in. I’m giving the 2 stars for the gentleman who got our info. He deserves it. But overall not a good experience as we wasted over a half hour of our time for nothing.

I am very disappointed with my most recent experience here. I came to have my oil changed. The gentleman helping me was letting me know what was being added - at one point he looked at the technician working and back at me saying “they are now adding your wiper fluid.” This was something I had also asked about specifically at the start as I knew I was out. As I drove out, I tried to wipe my windows and no fluid came out. I went back and asked the gentleman, who told me they didn’t have any fluid and were actually not adding it to any of the cars that day - which means that he had been lying when saying what work was being done. This dishonesty makes me worried about returning, which is a shame as I always loved the convenience of the place.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The service that I received at this location was fast and efficient. I was visiting from out of town and my oil light came on so I wanted to take care of that as quickly as possible; it was a Saturday around 5pm so I was extremely happy to find somewhere that was still open. The staff exceeded all expectations. It was nice not having to get out of the car especially since I had my kids with me. Everything that was being done was explained to me. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this location. I highly recommend!

I was completely played into buying a new battery when I didn’t need one. Was told my battery was in the red and needed to be replaced and they wanted to charge me $230 for a new battery. Pressured me into doing it. My car is a year and a half old so I said no repeatedly and took it to the dealer to confirm. The dealer said my battery is perfectly healthy and nothing is wrong with it. It’s completely ridiculous that they played me just to sell me because I assume I looked like someone they could play. Completely ridiculous. Im glad I trusted my instincts and had it rechecked. Terrible service to think they can con me into buying something I don’t need.

I thought everything would be good, I called to confirm that they had the part that I needed for my oil change drove down just for them to tell me that they don't have it for my oil change just a complete runaround they called the other Valvoline on Martin boulevard had me drive out there just for them to not be able to give me an oil change because they don't know what type of oil goes inside my car I truly wish I can give them a negative Rating... You want better service better results skip Valvoline in its entirety total bs Artists

I'm highly satisfied because the service was great, and the service group seemed to be very knowledgeable of my vehicle and the services it needed. I will be back to get the other services completed.

My experience this cavalier location on O’Donnell St. was and still is a nightmare. T went to get the routine oil change and left there not knowing they had blowned my headlight out. They asked if I wanted them to replace my turn signal ( front driver side) and I said yes. They seemed to be having trouble just getting to it. Actually a young lady came and assisted the three young men ease . Then they seemed to realize they didn’t have the bulb at least that’s what they said and I said okay. Upon leaving one of the young men told me I need to go to the volvo dealer and get that turn signal bulb replaced. I said ok, but later that night I realized they had blew out my headlight , which is now costing me $240 plus dollars to replace. I do feel like they took advantage of me because I am a female.

Had an issue because my oil filter was not something that they stock. Got oil filter and they installed. Charged $1 and gave 15% discount. Will plan to call ahead. Useful if you use extended life versions

I came for veterans day to get the 50 percent off that you advertised. When I asked about the special the employee said I need to see if we have your oil filter in stalk. He then told me they did not have it but would have it tomorrow but the would not honor the discount because it would no longer be veterans day. Sounds like bullshit and they just didn’t want to honor the deal advertised!

I love this place. When I moved here, I was so frustrated by other places requiring an appointment, then telling me it would be 5+ hours to a day to do a simple oil change. These guys are great. Took <20 minutes, even with a car in front of me. They didn't give me a pushy laundry list of things I had to get fixed, but walked me through each one, and were honest about if it was urgent or could wait until the next servicing. 10/10.

I visited this location on O'Donnell St and was amazed at the great customer service! They helped me with an oil change and replaced my air filters. I get really anxious about taking care of my car, but they made me feel so comfortable because they took the time to calmly and patiently explain everything to me. I really appreciated it! I would highly recommend this location.
