I HAVE BEEN A CUST OF THIS COMPANY FOR OVER TWO YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL NOW. WHY WOULD I HAVE MY SERVICE DONE AND THEN HAVE TO PAY FOR ADDITIONAL OIL BETWEEN SERVICES AND ON TOP OF THAT IT STATES FREE FLUID CHECK AND FILLING AT NO COST TO YOU.WELL I GUESS YOU HAVE LOST ANOTHER ONE 80.00 A SERVICE AND I HAVE THREE CARS DONE. I HAVE REFERED CUSTOMER TO THEM AND I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN.I GUESS COMPANYS ARE NOW JUST DOING WHAT EVER THEY WANT TO SCREW PEOPLE OVER SO I GUESS THIS WILL BE THE NEXT COMPANY THAT WILL GO BANKRUPT NEXT DUE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOW I KNOW WHY TAKE 5 IS TAKING OVER THE BUISNESS.

I went in to get an oil change and received excellent care. The whole truck was checked over including the lights, and a list of services that I had overlooked was given to me. I highly recommend this Valvoline oil change service.

Brought my C5 vette in for an oil change about 2 months ago on a Saturday, declined additional services at the time . Went back today for a trans flush and coolant flush. I don't remember the original cost being priced so high. I agreed ,and for it being a Sunday so close to quitting time I was told they couldn't do the job because of a non conventional fitting. They should stay closed on Sundays.

The people are extremely nice and go the extra mile to make sure you leave in great hands after coming to Valvoline. They start checking you in as soon as you get there and pretty quick and accurate.
