If I could give negative 100 stars I would. First, this location states on its website and Google that it opens at 8:30am on Sundays; meanwhile, it opens at 9am. Second, even though I printed out a coupon the same day I tried to use it, their system wouldn't let them use it and they had to do a manual add. Third, I got a state inspection done by them, but even though they scanned my door, the VIN is incorrect on the inspection paperwork, so therefore it doesn't match what NC has, and as a result, I cannot renew my registration resulting in a $25 late fee and depending on how long it takes them to fix it, potential penalties and interest while I cannot drive my vehicle legally. When I contacted customer care, they refused, yes refused, to help me.

Have come here for years for inspections, usually ultra convenient. Today I pulled up for an inspection only, was told to get in line for bay 3, did so, and proceeded to be asked what I needed 3 more times while next in line for bay 3. Meanwhile, the two cars behind me have come and gone and I am still awaiting my turn to get into the bay. The cars behind me were here for a total of about 15 min. My visit took over an hour for just an inspection. The management of the flow of cars should be substantially better. Don't know that I'll be back after today.

Joe was very friendly and explained the process from start to finish. He made sure his staff did everything properly and explained when/why they needed to correct something. I always have a good experience at this Valvoline.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The customer service is horrible. THE TECHNICIANS ARE UNEXPERIENCED AND THE AREA MANAGER DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS EITHER. ONE OF TECHNICIANS GAVE ME WRONG DIRECTIONS AND MY CAR WENT INTO THE DITCH! No one took responsibility FOR THE COLLISION.

The whole crew went above and beyond. Such a nice group working there. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and are very knowledgeable. They work so well together….they are a well oiled team!! 😊Thank you!!

Went in for an inspection today. As soon as I pulled in the bay, the guy at the service desk starts giving me an attitude as he is asking me for the current mileage on my vehicle. I brush it off. Fast forward 10 minutes, he sends someone else in to tell me my parking brake isn’t working and therefore I will not pass the inspection. But regardless, they will proceed with the rest of the inspection process. Not even 60 seconds later, he sends that same guy back to let me know oh nope, never mind, we will send you on your way and won’t even finish up with the rest of the inspection for whatever reason they determined and just didn’t want to disclose. For some odd reason, the guy had made up his mind and just did not want to deal with me in the first place. I believe the gentleman was being referred to as Ty. I highly recommend you train your staff in customer service. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

A pretty lengthy wait, I went on a Saturday at noon. They work fast, Erik was tons of help, he even had me look up a coupon and had me save $15!

Rather disappointed in my last visit. Went for a simple oil change and they did not put the pieces back together on the underside of my car. My mechanic brother in another state noticed the plastic hanging and scraping when I went to visit 7 days after my last service here. He went underneath the car and noticed 7 bolts missing and only the clips barely holding the plastic and skip plate under my car. My brother further commented to me that it was bent underneath and scratch from the valvoline employee’s attempts to haphazardly force the clips to hold the plastic and skip plate in place. I will not be returning as I can no longer trust that I will get the service I once experienced at this location. I will go to a trusted mechanic from now on.

I went here to get my car inspected on a Sunday. Their website mentioned they open at 8:30am, but I wasn’t able to be serviced until 9am. They made several mistakes during my visit. They lost my state registration card and submitted the inspection under the wrong vehicle. I had to wait for them to redo the inspection with the correct vehicle information. They did give me a refund for the inconvenience, but losing my state registration card was a major red flag. I don’t plan on coming back here for any services.

I had my oil changed at this Valvoline station. My service technician Elijah was awesome!He led me through the entire process. He listened to me, and provided excellent recommendations and advice about my truck. He and his team were professional and efficient. I had my tires rotated also, it is required by the manufacturer at the 65k service, while waiting for them to finish i was approached by Chris White the area mgr, he was cordial and told me all about Valvoline stations. Nice guy & they work like a NASCAR pit crew! Highly recommend. Thanks

Failed my car for state inspection for a “faulty emergency brake”. Took it to AAA across the street and nothing was wrong at all. When the AAA tech called he said “let me guess, inspection at valvoline”? Said there have been several people coming in like me with random problems that don’t exist. Will never come here for inspection again. Beware.

I am very disappointed about my service this evening. My husband had to return our car because when he returned home and checked the dip stick, it was empty. Clearly, they didn't put oil back in the car. When there, they never showed the dip stick before leaving. The service worker tried to say he verified it but then couldn't tell or demonstrate where to pull the dip stick out of. So, how did you verify my oil ? You had to call someone for assistance now.

They almost cost me a new transmission. Every time I go they struggle to get the drain cap off. This past time on the Evac it seems they drained my transmission fluid. Glad I caught it in time. Will not be using Valvoline ever again.
