I came in for an oil change and the guys let me know there was an issue with my drain plug, so they’d have to install a temporary for the time being (autozone across the street was out of stock). When the time came for my next oil change, I learned they stripped my oil pan in the process and I had to take it to a mechanic and order a new part.

Twice had my oil threads stripped and oil pan broken causing an oil leak that I had to get repaired. Customer service never got back to me.

Got an oil change and they did a correct job on that. HOWEVER, they ran a battery check and once they finished they did not place the battery all the way down into its correct position and they also broke the positive cable and to avoid fixing it they put a penny in it so it wouldnt become lose because a part of the connection came off and wouldnt tighten up so they did a easy fix that couldve potentially started a fire under the hood if the connection would have scraped onto something under the hood.NOT COOL!!!!!

Great staff, quick and easy oil change. The price is a bit steep, but check on Groupon or their website and you can usually get 25% or $25 off your order. After the discount, the price is pretty reasonable.
