Thank you guys so much for giving me advice and updates about my vehicle. Kendall came out and explained to me about the different oils and how much everything was going to cost. Went to get my oil changed and some other things looked at my car and Kendall was completely AMAZING. He was very kind, knew what he was talking about. Because of our conversation I even bought an engine flush and a battery lol. I will definitely be back to have my car serviced by Kendall and all of the great associates there.

Pull in today was waiting to get service when a white car pulled in started yelling and say racist slurs at me because he had to go around me turns out he works there I left unsafe place

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Worked with Nathan and Kendall who were awesome. They were SO kind and knowledgeable and gave me a full idea of what was going on with everything in my car without any pressure to buy more or get more services done. I had my dog with me so they let me take her for a walk while they were getting everything done. Awesome location and great experience. Will definitely be my go-to spot.

There was very minimal wait time. The staff was very professional and worked as a team to get you in and out. The different options for an oil change allowed me to choose what fits in my budget. Highly recommend the 31st and Halsted Street location, in Chicago.
