Do not and I repeat do not go here especially if you have a foreign car. I have a Volkswagen Tiguan. I received service there twice on this vehicle. They put on sticker that I needed oil changed every 3,000 miles. I started having issues with coolant. Took vehicle to dealership. Not only did they top off my coolant with the wrong type, the oil in my vehicle only needs to be changed every 10,000 miles. Not to mention my oil change at the dealership was cheaper. Go somewhere else they are out just to take your money. Also adding insult to injury. I had my daughter take her car there. She too was told to change oil every 3,000 miles. Once she took it to dealership guess what she only needs it done every 10,000 miles. Just crocks!!!!!

They were very informative at this location. Really helped eased my anxiety from having horrible uncomfortable experiences at other locations. The Ast. Manager there was so great his customer service was top tier.

Great Customer service is hard to come by but Lamar really did a great job at explaining everything, he was patient and he had great customer service!!! Will be back!!! Need more people like the guys that work here!

Been here getting my oil change for a couple years now they messed up my oil plug. They won’t replace it. Tell me I had to go to a mechanic and get it paid for myself because they mess up the plug won’t be here today.

If I could put no stars this location would have -0 not 1 star. This is a enter at your own risk location and it's franchise they all work with each other and very bad mechanics. I WENT TO THE LOCATION TO GET A OIL CHANGE WITH NO LEAKS NOT NOTHING COMING FROM MY TRUCK BUT WHEN THEY WAS DONE, IT WAS A DISASTER . MY TRUCK WAS POURING OUT OIL ON THE GROUND MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND MY TRUCK STOP,,HAD TO GET A TOW.TOOK MY TRUCK TO DEALERSHIP I GOT MY TRUCK FROM AND THEY SAID MY OIL FILTER WAS NOT PROPERLY PUT ON THATS WHY ITS DRIPPING OIL.I CONTACTED LOCATION MANGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER THERE AND THEY WAS VERY RUDE & THEY DIDN'T HELP ME AT ALL AND ALSO ACTED AS IF THEY DID NOT DO THE DAMAGE. SO I ASK FOR A CORPORATE NUMBER,WHICH THEY DIDNT HAVE BUT GAVE ME CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER TO CALL. THE ASSISTANT MANGER ALSO CALLED MANGER AND HE TOLD ME HE OFF TODAY LIKE IT WASNT ANY PROBLEM OR LIKE I DONT WORK A JOB.I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND PUT IN CLAIM. THE CLAIM DEPT CALLED ME BACK SO FAST AND HE ASK ME WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM I TOLD HIM I HAVE RECEIPTS AND PHOTOS AS WELL BUT IT NEVER GOT THT FAR. THE CLAIM DEPT ASK ME DID I GO BACK TO LOCATION TO SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO I SAID YES THEY TOLD ME NO AND COME BACK THE NEXT DAY.THEY DENIED MY CLAIM THEN PUT FOR IT NOT TO BE REOPEN AND BLOCK IT.I ASK IF I CAN TALK ANOTHER AREA MANGER OR IS THERE WAS ANY ONE I COULD TALK TO OTHER THAN HIM (CAUSE EVERYONE HAS A BOSS) HE TOLD ME NO HE MAKES THE FINAL CALL AND THERES NO ONE ABOVE HIM. HE DID NOT INVESTIGATE MY CLAIM,HE DID NOT CONTACT DEALSHIP, AND THE FACT HE KNEW THE LOCATION WAS WRONG,,,THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT.THESE GUYS THAT WORK THERE DONT DO NO WORK.THEY STAND AROUND AND THEY LOOK HIGH ON DRUGS LIKE THEY VERY SLOW AND THEY DO RUSH JOB. YOU MIGHT AS WELL PULL IN THE ALLEY TO GET A OIL CHANGE THAN PULL TO THIS LOCATION AND I ADVISE YOU NOT TO GO HERE AND GET NO WORK DONE ON YOUR VEHICLE.SERVICE SUCKS AS WELL.PLEASE WHO EVER THE OWNER IS THEY NEED TO SHUT IT DOWN.THIS IS THE OIL THAT CAME OUT MY TRUCK AS WELL.

Staff was not knowledgeable and the oil change took over 1 hour to complete. They put 3/4 of the necessary oil in my vehicle and the worker states that policy prevents him from adding more. My low oil light came back on a few hours after I left the establishment. Never again!!!

They're a little pricey but the visit was still made pleasurable enough by a very friendly & helpful service tech. They accepted my AARP discount for a few dollars of savings off the full price. Tried to combine it with another 15% off but the nice gentleman wouldn't let me stack the discount. He was very nice with the refusal. Just smiled and told me that he couldn't do it. Had to try anyway.

Go to this location needs to be closed down my brother came In here for a oil change came out with a check engine light on they didn’t put the parts back on correctly been there 4 times and still didn’t fix the problem call cooperate they say some one by the name of Timothy denied the claim why ? And they are the reason the light came on didn’t come in with a check engine light store manager needs to be fired whole team needs to be fired makes no sense at all!

My guy came in there for an oil change came out with a check light engine on and they don’t want to take the blame. The manager that we were dealing with is name clearance.This is very much unprofessional and this place needs to be shut down because how do you go in for an oil change and come out with a whole other problem. A MAJOR PROBLEM AT THAT!

Please do not go here my son came in to get his car serviced and left out with a check engine light on I use to bring my vehicles there couple years ago never had a problem guessing it’s new owners or whatever but they did not solve the problem and the area manager never reach back out to us and closed the claim the store manager clearance lied and said he fixed the problem and didn’t do nothing but hard reset the check engine light to make it seem like he fixed the problem but didn’t I repeat please do not go this location

I went in to get my oil topped off and the guy spilled oil all over everything. So now my car smell like nothing but burnt oil especially when I cut on the air or heat 😡 my kids are breathing this in I am very much so pissed. He knew he did it and sent me on my way like nothing happened. Car smells like a 1957 Oldsmobile
