Came here for an oil change and they messed up my engine air filter. They didn't put it back properly and it was put back on wrong to the engine intake and it ripped due to them carlessly taking it off and putting it back on which was all loose. Dudes were rude and didn't seem like they wanted to work on my car. They checked my tire pressure and didn't put the tire caps back on my tires also.

Go in for a oil change !!!they Forgot to put oil in my vehicle horrible service never again paid 100. Plus to almost lose my engine horrible people go back to tell them what they did they only offer me a oil change take your car else where 122nd and Pulaski are dumb

I have had several oil changes from this company. 3 weeks ago I had another oil change and reminded the guys that the last time I went they didn't put the plate underneath my car and can they please put it on right this time. Needless to say about a week after my oil change part of it fell to where it was scraping badly. I paid for a professional service and should have received what I paid for. They need to stop working on their own cars and concentrate on the customer. While reading the reviews, I see that the their are a lot of women with the same problem with the same guy.

I was really excited because I was the first customer I could have been in and out i informed them that I had a coupon and they wouldn't accept my groupon that was purchased specifically for that location I'm not allowed to speak of how and what I really think about the situation

Let’s me just start off by saying this COULD HAVE EASLY BEEN 5 starts . HOWEVER. It WONT BE. I bought a Groupon for an oil change . Called to make sure they had my oil the guy said they did. I get there and tell the heavy set dude ( sorry don’t know his name ) that I’m there for my oil change with my Groupon. Automatically it was like a trigger or something because he then interrupted me and said “ unfortunately , we don’t have your oil” I then tell him I SPECIFICALLY CALLED THIS LOCATION LESS THE AN HOUR AGO AND WAS TOLD THEY HAD IT. He then hesitated and disappeared to the back. Two other young guys come out and check my oil. Tell me that I really don’t have to change it and it could wait . And asked if I was really sure if I wanted the service. THAT I CLEARLY NEEDED. After giving a firm response the employees processed to work on the car . Just seemed like nobody wanted to work . At least I got my oil changed and the roped off all the others . Won’t be back to this location
