I went for an oil change and the young men there were courteous and professional but after the oil change I noticed a rattling or wobbling metal noise under the car like something was loosened during the change and wasn’t tightened up properly. Still they were professional. Maybe it was a mistake 🤷🏾‍♂️

Drove from the south suburbs to this location because I really really needed an oil change today it says online that they close at 4 PM I got there at 2:55 and was approached by employee saying that they’re closing the shop and they cannot service me and was told that they close at 3 PM on Sundays, suggestion to the owner Update your hours. I had another option. I could’ve went to, but chose to come to your facility. By the time I go back to the second option, they will already be closed due to your misinformation.

I came in to this place to do a transmission fluid change and I came out with a ripped leaking antifreeze hose line. I'm so disappointed with them because they didn't tell me about the leakage until after the transmission service was done. Then after they told me about the leak one of the workers named Omar even admitted to causing the damage and now he's lying to the claims department saying the damage was already done before I went in. This is a lie because I would never do a transmission fluid change before fixing a leaking antifreeze hose. I always fix what is more of an emergency first when it comes to my 2019 GMC terrain. I tried to file a claim and of course they believed the workers and the lying manager 😡 they just don't want to take responsibility for the damage they caused my vehicle. Now it's leaking antifreeze and it's starting to heat up. Unbelievable!!! I'm really upset right now but I will seek further action

Stopped in to get a oil change.This place is really different. It's pretty high tech, They check everything and let you know how much the price is for it right away while you're still setting in the driver's seat. 😮😯

I wish I could give no stars! The manager himself tricked me into getting a fuel system kit, a service that I did not want. I came in for a check engine light and after diagnostics the manager Raul stated that I needed service to my catalytic converter. Instead of stating that I was due for a fuel system kit he used word play to make me believe this would help fix my catalytic converter. I do not know cars and should have went with someone who does. He now is saying that he said it may or may not help with the catalytic converter, which he never said. After the fuel system kit he told me to come back if my check engine light comes back on and he would turn it off for me, which was weird because I came in for a check engine light so why would I want you to turn it off if my problem (catalytic converter) is not fixed!? They used semantics to get over, anything for a sale.

Don't go here for an oil change they over charge and charge you for the oil and filter separately $80 for an oil change is crazy when I've always paid $60 for an oil change

To whom it may Concern my name is Lisa and I visited Valvoline Instant oil change on 2-8-23 . Upon arrival pull it into the garage I was greeted by Brandon I was coming in to get an oil change Brandon was patient and kind he suggest sales to me that will be in my range and the price that I was trying to pay he also suggested sales that's on windshield wipers he replaced the old ones with the new ones. when it was time to check the oil stick he allowed me to see it and when I said can you add a little more oil to it he didn't give me any problems he just say okay and show me again after he have added more oil.
