I’ve gone here a couple times now and everytime has been amazing! Oscar the manager is always so nice and helpful. I trust these people with my vehicle and I’ve even had a couple visits where no service was actually needed and my car just needed to be reset. I’ll go here wherever I can.

These guys are sharks. They did the oil change fine, but things got shady when the technician pulled out my cabin air filter and handed it to the other technician and said “got you some cash right here.” Then they tried to sell me a new one for $55 when they sell for $12 on Amazon and you can easily slide that into place yourself. This sort of sales tactic continued with my engine air filter and battery as well. They showed me some screen on a tablet that showed my battery in the red zone and tried to sell me a new one for $250, and then they tried to sell me a new engine air filter even though I had my last one replaced by them six months ago. I’m sure they’re probably encouraged to sell product by their management and owners, but watch out for their schemes. They were polite when I declined, but do yourself a favor and don’t buy into any of these tactics. Go to Valvoline for the instant oil change and go to the dealer’s service department for everything else. 1/16/2025 EDIT: 4 months later and my battery still works completely fine. Editing down to one star due to fraudulent battery replacement recommendation.

Good service. Their small lot, makes ‘getting in line’ and being serviced in the order that you arrived, a little bit cumbersome. But overall, I received good service, and appreciate their speed.

I never wait in long lines the workers are so friendly and courteous they get the job done so fast they recommend things I need and explain why they check and fill my fluids test battery check tire pressure so many things are checked and told to me and even give me a print out

In 30+ years of driving, I have never had SO MANY add-ons/purchases pushed on me during an oil exchange. First, I was told that my windshield wipers needed replacing. The tech said they weren't wiping away the wiper fluid enough. They were working fine and were purchased a little over a month ago. I was then offered car parts I've never been offered. I declined all but one and then was told they were done. I asked if they'd checked my tire pressure, and the answer was, "Uh, no." I already had the receipt, which said the tire pressure had been checked. They're checking boxes without doing the actual work/checks. Even with a $25 coupon, I paid $150.34 for the oil change, the most I've ever paid. What a ridiculous, sub-par experience. Do better, Valvoline.

Workers are diligent in the work they do. Very professional. They talked me through the process of what was wrong with my vehicle and provided me with solutions. Made it a quicker visit as they had what I needed in stock.

Do not bring your car here unless you want it to be damaged. In August, I brought my car in for a simple oil change. One of the technicians removed my engine air filter to see if I wanted to replace it. When re-installing it, he struggled and failed to align it properly which caused the engine to suck in debris during my two hour drive that night. The next morning, the car wouldn't start, needed to be towed, and resulted in over $1,000.00 of damage which Jose (local manager) and the Valvoline team are refusing to reimburse. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, they won't call back to discuss my claim, and their only argument is that I can't "prove" they were responsible, despite my car never failing to start in 5 years. DO NOT COME HERE! They are crooks.

I always come to this Valvoline for routine maintenance and they have great staff. Axcel helped me get my front license plate installed today (didn’t have a bracket) and was so kind and thorough.

TLDR: damaged my car. Had a terrible experience here on 8/31/2024. Came in for a basic oil change, they finished and when I tried to drive away my car wouldn’t start. Apparently they forgot to reconnect the battery. Ok fine, mistakes happen no big deal. But after that visit my car started making horrible noises like it was going to blow up, and something was rattling under the hood. Turns out they cracked my air intake hose. Do not go here if you care about your car or your safety. Oh also they didn’t even fill up my oil to the line.

Okay 11/10 for the crew that just helped me. The manager is also so kind to me when I come. My car has the world’s most problems and of course it’s all in the hood (broken hinge, messed up latch, etc.)!! They seriously spent like 10 min helping me close the hood. And sent me off with a smile! I was so embarrassed 🤦🏽‍♀️but thanks again for being amazing human beings. ✨💯💃🏽

The staff here was SO kind and professional. They walked me through everything they did, mentioned possible upkeep actions I might need to take in the future without any pressure or fear mongering to get it done NOW. I loved being able to sit in my car to watch everything being done to my car. This is also the first true full-service oil change I’ve had in a long time. Most places claim to be full service, but I have not received the full care I received here today from previous companies (in addition to the oil change - check & top off of other fluids, checking air pressure, air filters, lights, battery health). Very reasonable price as well.

The staff were highly knowledgeable and informative, and the service efficient yet thorough. They were patient and took the time to answer all my questions in detail. They gave the impression of a well-organized team with astute attention to detail, mutual respect, and good leadership. Even though not all services are offered at this location, I still choose this as my main spot due to the aforementioned reasons. 5/5 highly recommend.
