I did the oil change service at this location and after that I started driving on the highway my bottom metal cover just fall off and starts scratching the road with crazy noise. They just did couple screws on instead of 12. Shame service guys

The experience was awesome, but I'm finaky, yes, it's my word, I don't know if I'll be back, every time I go there my bill has gone up, all the way up to over $100+ bucks for the same thing each time, on top of that I had oil stains and smires all over my White vehicle I will never go back, and jus find someone else to do my oil changes

Shout out to this oil change Valvoline!!! This is an amazing crew, very respectful and quick!! They are extremely knowledgeable and explains everything on your level. The staff at Valvoline are really nice and extremely professional. They made me aware of service options without being pushy. I got the $80 oil change with $20 air filter. I can't say it was inexpensive since I paid a little over $100, but other than that, I enjoyed my experience. Would recommend and go back again.

I am impressed with the service I received today from Kyle and the bald guy with glasses (I forgot his name) The crew is great and very helpful with explaining the options for my vehicle. As an out of state guest I am grateful for their knowledge and expertise to make sure my vehicle is in tip top condition for the road. One of the men must of mentioned how hot it was and called out to his other colleague to tell him that we should go inside the building for the air conditioning cause that particular day it was scorching 🥵 I feel that my vehicle is driving very well and the air conditioning service is working very good 🌬️The discounts help tremendously with offsetting the cost of the visit which I appreciate. They honor military service members with a valid identification 🫡 it can get expensive fast if you’re not on top of your vehicle checklist so be prepared to be offered numerous offers for your car while being service. You just may need ‘em 🤷🏽‍♀️

I have gone to this Valvoline for years, but in the last few years the amount of pressure placed upon me to purchase a higher grade oil at Great expense has caused me to go elsewhere. Elsewhere. The last time I was there I even got out my manual and ask them if the oil they were trying to sell me for $130 was what was being required by the manual. They refused to answer and just kept telling me that if I didn't buy that oil they would not take responsibility for the damage done to my car and if my car broke down after pulling away it wasn't their fault. I'm just tired of those kinds of games, I understand the economy is rough but I want to be able to go to a business and be treated with honesty. I just got the same oil change for $60 elsewhere.
