This was my first time taking the car myself for an oil change - usually my husband takes care of the car. All of the Valvoline staff was respectful and helpful. I felt very comfortable and confident in the work they did.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I had an oil change recently and my car started to overheat. Nothing seemed to be wrong and it has a newer radiator… then it hit me I had recently got an oil change. Parked the car on flat ground, let the oil settle, wiped the stick and when I checked the oil its way overfilled. I guess that’s my fault for trusting people to actually do their job. Now I’m just praying this doesn’t wind up too costly. Going to get it checked by real mechanics and hope to God my car is going to be okay!

Second time I have come to this Valvoline. Last time I gave up after waiting 20 minutes and no one came out or finished with the cars ahead of me. That was months ago. Same thing today

Not having to get out of the car is convenient, as well as not having to schedule an appointment. The oil change and related checks were completed quickly. Unfortunately, I had to return the same day because the technician reset my service alert to 197,000+ miles instead of at 122,000+ miles where it belongs. Including a discount, sixty dollars plus - without a filter - seems a bit pricey.

They used an air powered socket driver to replace the oil drain plug, only to leave the bolt with stripped edges. I had to replace the oil pan because the mechanic I went to for the issue couldn't remove it using a bolt extractor socket.

I went into this Valvoline last week for an oil change. The customer service was garbage, and I was charged for a radiator fluid exchange that did not occur. I know it did not occur, because when I left, I took my vehicle to Nissan and there was absolutely no antifreeze in my truck. Even more simple stuff, they were supposed to put air in my tire, kept lying saying it was already done. Then I asked them to complete the drain plug/engine cleaning evap cleaning. The gentleman kept trying to tell me they did it. I never once saw them move the machine unwrap those cords or turn the machine on. Then the liar tried to say I didn’t see anything because he was talking to me. Then I asked why wasn’t the machine full with oil, he talking about they had already drained it. Then when it was time for me to leave, he said I could bring the vehicle back in couple of days for them to check my fluid level. I told myself, I will never return to that specific Valvoline again. I know they are liars. I’ve been to the one on Winton RD and Galbraith/Hamilton and never had these problems. I don’t know why the two gentlemen who worked on my Dag on vehicle still have a job.
